Hi, Danny and everyone.

I have a five year old son with autism.  We are working through the challenge of getting in back into the school he has attended for two years.  They were going to transfer him out to a school closer to us, but that school's play yard is not totally enclosed and is very close to a busy road.  I petitioned for him to remain at the other school.  You'd think I'd have asked them to jump off a bridge.  If I am denied, I will raise SUCH a stink.

Danny, I'll get to your wonderful site.  Sundays are the best days for me to sit and do hours of online work.  During the week, I am here for maybe 15 to 20 minutes at a time, usually less during the school year...with Thomas out of school, I'll be lucky to get online before 8 pm.

I am glad to know that we don't have to be looked at as freaks, pitiable creatures, and such, just because we or those we love are not 'normal' (shudders at the term) I use 'mainstream.'

Take Care.  God Bless.
