Hello, I am new here, as of yesterday, or the day before? lol...I am happy to have found "here". I have joined a couple of other groups and I am enjoying them very much. I am mainly looking for answers, and truth. I see colors around people and have been able to see this for almost 30 years now. I will post more about this at another time, for now I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Genna and I live in New Hampshire. I experience many things that some may find "para"normal, but for me, it is more the norm, than anything. One of the most important things is the use of your intuitive or the Spirit or white light,

too many people read books and things and take that as law,

the more i deal with healing and crystals etc the more you realise that everyone is different in so many ways,

numbers are involved - how many sides does the crystal have?

colours are involved - what colours are in the crystal?

what shape is it - is it round, oval, 2 ended, 1 ended,?

is it man made (the shape) or natural,?

where in the world does it come from?

all these things are to be thought of! can you get it right for each individual? I say NO, you can hit it at times but NO,

we MUST go by the spirit or Intuitive, to realy know what crystal to use at that time, now just because you have a certain crystal on a particular day doesnt mean you have the same tomorrow, even for those you are working on,

first excercise your intuitive or "tune in" to the spirit to guide you.

to many people guess and get it wrong,

emotion, interlect, and body must be put aside to tune in to the spirit and be guided correctly,

and the crystal must be cleaned and cleared, and filled with love before use,

like a dog or a cat the crystal chooses you yes chooses you! it draws your eyes towards it, dont keep looking at many others the first one i find is usualy the one> and if you keep looking you get confused, a good way is to have 2 of you, lift your right arm level and get your friend to push down on your arm then put the crystal in your left hand and fold your fingers around it then get your friend to test by pushing down on your arm again, if it is weaker its the wrong one, if you are stronger you are getting someware, you can test a few this way not to many or your arm will weaken anyway, pic the one that gives you the most strength. i do hope this helps a little,

I recently found a wonderful CD by Jonathan Goldman titled 'Vocal Toning the Chakras'. I promise you an awesome experience if you do this with your full focus and intent. I felt such a surge of healing energy rushing through my body, especially after the toning, when you are in quiet meditation. There was so much energy coming through my hands, and my body felt like it was floating, and my body temperature had been raised by 10 degrees.
