Just wanted to post a thread to see which members are watching and are still an active part of the group. There are so many good members involved with this group that it is not right that this group has been so inactive. Maybe if we find out who's still here and throw out a few new topics we can get an exchange of information and ideas going on how best to define and apply Sustainable Development.

It seems to me that the host set this group up thinking he could make money out of charging people to be a member of it. When he realised that no one was going to stand for that he disappeared into the ether and the group died out through lack of any force behind it. There's plenty of interesting discussion elsewhere so no one posts anything much here.

If it got going again I'd participate.

I still check in once in a while.  I think there ought to be more discussion also; especially since our business is Sustainable Life Info.  I like to use information from these chats when pertinent.

Lately, I've been researching the alternative fuel/energy area and finding some very interesting things that would employ more people, use the land in a more diverse way (good for the soil) and be a whole lot healthier for nature and us.

England has been getting on with it, and making it an excellent investment in the stock market for upstart companies.  That ought to get a lot of people looking at it more seriously -- it's always the economy, s_____ -- particularly the personal economy (pocketbook)

So let's keep this site going and try to generate more discussion.
