I watched and am sitting here crying as I type this, I will never understand how some of the human race can be so cruel and heartless. these animals were not put here for us to destroy or use as we see fit, they are a beuatiful part of this earth and should be respected as such. My heart just breaks for the anguish and torment they go through daily It seems I go through a full spectrum of emotions from saddness to anger when seeing how many humans are actually heartless...but it is nothing compared to the fear, lonliness, and torment they must feel....

Hi Everyone, (And a special Hi to my friend AnnC.) . I just thought I would jump on here and tell you about my " babies". We have 6 dogs and 4 cats plus a turtle that has been with us 27 years this month. Most of my animals were throw aways ,(but thats O.K. we caught them!) I think the worst was Buddy Boy, he was placed into a trash bag and tossed on the side of the road. When we found him he was bald. We didn't even know what color he was. He just missed rolling into the water where he landed. Pica-Boo was dropped off in the middle of the night on the side of the road, she was so weak my husband had to carry her because she couldn't walk. ....Before my Brother saved Speckles (she was to be "put to sleep" that day, she had been beaten because the idiots that had her as a puppy said she wouldn't listen to them...Maybe that was because she is deaf..bet they didn't think of that. One of our cats named Cleo was thrown out of a car window, because the people were fighting so the guy tossed her out.She didn't walk very far for a long time...And my big baby boy cat...K.C. was a feral..we got him when he would still fit in your hand. Lots of late night bottles, he's still my biggest baby....Salem we got from some lady who had 26 cats in a screened in porch. When the woman opened the door 25 cats stayed in....Salem came running out. (the womans husband didn't want to give her up, he wanted to keep her in there with the other 25 cats. ( We were getting her out of there if we had to go back in the middle of the night to do it). The cats were so jammed in there they couldn't hardly move). These are just some of my babies...you can see their photos over on one of my albums...K.C. and Kiki are MY speical babies...they love their Daddy ,but they are Mommies Babies!

I can't even put into words the way I feel about these videos.....I sat here and watched them again with my daughter because she wants to get into animal rescue work, well I've been trying to tell here the type of abuse thats out there and what these poor animals have to endure day in and day out.So we sat here together and watched the videos and we cried and cried......Autumn said mamma I did'nt know there was so much abuse and torture out there......I asked her if she thinks she's thick skinned enough to do the kind of work these animals require being done......And she replyed oh yeah and I'm tough enough to go after the jerks that do this to all my animals and punch they're lights out.I told her she had to play by the rules and keep her feelings out of it.My daughter is 9 yrs. old and she's wanted to help animals since she could walk and talk.....I have no doubt in my mind she going to do just what she says in regards to working with animals.....My only fear is will she be able to handle all thats out there and keep her temper in check while she helps the animals!!!P.S Hi Nedia,Autumn says hi Angel Lady!!

Emergency trip to save over 22 dogs has a glitch! Help! Pass the word! July 08, 2007 7:32 AM
Karen from Delaware has had a glitch come up with her van being on the fritz for the travel down to save the aussies in the high kill county pound in Chesterfield, SC. She is begging for people to pass the word to help send ANY amount to the paypal address cwood99478@aol.com. We are also asking that if anyone wants to send a check for 100% tax deduction to call the humane society people in charge of adoptions at the shelter. Their names are Karen and Annanell. Karen's phone number is 843-307-2697 and Annanell's is 843-910-7847. PLEASE if you do not have a paypal account, ask a friend if you can use theirs to send any amount! Pay your friend and then they use their paypal account to send to the above email address. Karen in Delaware will receive the funds IMMEDIATELY. It is a great service! These 22 herding dogs including beautiful blue merle aussie pups, three aussie moms and many many pups, etc. will be killed on Tuesday if she does'nt show up. She is thinking she will have to rent an air conditioned Uhaul type truck, which really sets her back financially. I have told her just to get in and drive and not worry about having enough to get there and back and to just rely on us to help! Thanks so much, BJ Matson, Director, SPARRC Rescue, Emergency rescue coordinator for these beautiful dogs! Please crosspost widely! Even if you want to send a check to the shelter itself, just call the girls down there and get their address, tell them how much you are sending and they will give the cash to her in advance, k? Thanks again!
