It seems you already have done quite a bit of research on your own.

I like your thoughts on religeon. I agree men have used religeon to oppress other men (and women) for years and now we are taking back the opportunity to practice our own religion without the strict rules of the traditional churches but with the moral responsibility.

I am Neil and I have just joined this group!

I see that it is not just a group; but more like a sense of being.  I love what I've seen so far and believe that we all have so much to offer. Small or large it doesn't matter the fact is, is that it comes from the heart. Everything said touches someone! After all that's what counts. Hi my name is Britny. I am new I have been practicing since i was about 4 years old. I am from a long line of Solitary witches that goes back 23 generations, My Grandmother passed her wisedom to me and her Mother to her. I dont know if i can be considered a High Preistess or not though, I know my Grandmother was one but i am only 20 and dont belong to a coven  but before she died she passed everything to me so if someone could help me that would be wonderful ^_^ Thanks!!

I've been on the Pagan path for several years now, although I believe it called me all my life, it just took me a while to hear, lol.

I'm solitary eclectic, a member of the ADF so I follow a somewhat Druidic path, but I am also drawn to Shamanism (both in the Americas and northern Europe, such as Seidh), and Native American spirituality.

I'm not that advanced, i specified "Druidisant" meaning i got another 10 years or so to go before i can pretend knowing anything!!!

  I actualy studied modern and anscient religions before meeting my friend Alan LeGoff in Komanna in Britany with my thesis.

  He is the Vate of his group.

  The subject was the triskel.
(I post the pic for those who doesn't know).
We had pretty close views at the time he was about to publish their first edition of "Ialon", their study magazine which main article also was on the subject.

I have been a Witch since my teens and that is quite a few years. I consider myself to still be learning, as I add something new to my 20+ years of practicing almost everyday.  I am really looking forward to the dynamics this group has.  (Oh, please pardon if I don't check in daily, I am in recuperation from an auto accident that reinjured what was being treated and added a bit more.) all. My name is Angel and i saw this group list in Tamara's list (blushes) i thought hey i'll check it out.

As for myself, I'm 28 (29 in july), I grew up a Christian thanks to grandparents lol and been in touch with "spirit guides" since probably the age of 6 but really didnt get a full understanding of anything until after i met my husband. I always encountered things that were a little freaky but thankfully he filled in the blanks for me and i've known how to do majick since my early 20's (7 yrs.) I could have been doing it a lot sooner but i didn't have that knowledge yet. So now that i'm aware of a lot of things, i hope that i can teach and learn here too.

. . . I guess, if I were to try to classify myself into one Path, I'd have to say I'm definitely on the Eclectic Witch Path! . . . I usually encorporate various aspects from various Paths into my Belief System & Practice ~ whatever feels right and True! . .  Otherwise, it's just too limiting, I feel . . . It's also, I believe, a part of the reason Organized Religions tend to become narrow-minded and refuse to accept, validate, and respect other Belief Systems and instead try to force others to follow them!

Anyway, it's great to be here ~ I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, learning a lot, and hopefully contributing whatever I can!
