Japanese art of water therapy
Scientists claim that the old Japanese habit of drinking water immediately after waking up every morning fights various ailments.
According to recent studies, apart from water's role in maintaining different organs, it prevents and treats different diseases.
Japanese believe water is an effective treatment for headaches, palpitation, arthritis, epilepsy, obesity, bronchitis, asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney disorders, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, eye diseases, cancer and menstrual disorders.
In order to benefit a water treatment method, one should:
1- Drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water after waking up in the morning and before brushing the teeth.
2- Nothing should be consumed after brushing the teeth for 45 minutes.
3- One should not eat or drink anything for 2 hours, after each meal
It is noteworthy that in old or sick individuals who can not tolerate four glasses of water, the treatment should begin with small amounts of water and gradually increased until reaching the desired amount.
The therapy course for some diseases are as fallows:
- High Blood Pressure: 30 days
- Gastritis: 10 days
- Diabetes: 30 days
- Constipation: 10 days
- Cancer: 180 days
- TB: 90 days
Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.
Testimonies are many and varied, eg. one person has commented that the water therapy has rejuvenated his libido by 20 years!
This is one piece of good advice that cannot do harm, costs almost nothing and could change your life.

Thank you Jan..
Since 1997 I have been drinking 2 very large mugs of warm water first thing in the morning after I water brush my teeth. I learned that it was a good way to break the night fast and clean out the body.
Yes, the Japanese were certainly onto something when they started using acidic water for agriculture and alkaline water for drinking back in the 60s.
The work of Dr Masaru Emoto is well worth checking out. He was featured on "What the Bleep."
Try adding a drop or two of pure, therapeutic grade Lemon Essential Oil to your drinking water to alkalize your body and detoxify your liver.
Interesting. Planning to try it out from tomorrow.
Good tip Pamela for water later in the day.
Do remember not to put anything in your first morning water. The first morning water is meant to simply pass through flushing out the stomach, kidneys and bladder.
If there is anything in the water at all it will stay in the stomach from one to two hours.
So Mia what did you do and how did it go?
Water is wonderful - no wonder it works so well, seeing most of our bodies consist of water! Sort-of replenishing almost all of it daily...
Enough water, taken correctly, can also improve your libido. Wow! Now we are going to get some takers! Enjoy.
Hey Jan, looks like most of us missed that last comment of yours.
