All-Purpose Tealight Candle Spell, from Cottage Witchery by Ellen Dugan
Write your request on a small piece of paper, fold it up and tuck it neatly under the candle in the metal cup and add a pinch of the corresponding herb and replace the tealight.
"Tealight candle burning warm and bright,
Lend your magick to me on this night.
Herbs and spices ass strength and magickal power.
Goddess, bless my work in this enchanted hour."
Let the tealight burn all the way down, you will notice when the candle is finished burning that your paper and the herbs will be sealed to the bottom of the cup and covered in wax. You spell is safely sealed.

You know, I keep my book Earth Power by Scott Cunningham close by because he has a great herb correspondence chart in the back that I use to go by for a spell.
As far as what to do with the candle after the spell is done..... you could dispose of it in a bonfire or fireplace. Or throw it away and leave an offering.....something along those lines. I have also heard of planting them in the ground as well.
Would it be OK if I post this info on this type of spell in my Sylvia group? We light candles for people all the time and this would really help add some extra power. I know they would love it. I would send a link back to you and this group of course!
Peace & Healing Tealight Candle Spell for Judith
I put together this tealight candle spell for Judith, thanks to the info I got from my friend KJ. I did some research into peace and healing magick and decided to use blue ink on white paper to write my petition. I added a peace rune, folded it and covered it with a rose petal and some lavender. I was amazed it fit under the candle just fine. Then I said:
Lend me your magick might
Herbs and spices add strength and power
Goddess, bless my work in this enchanted hour
It's a little different words wise but still works. It's quite beautiful, I can watch the flame where I am right now. I continue to send out that healing energy to Judith.

Hello I'm new to this group and I need a binding spell using black candle's against a man who has been causing a problem with my daughter and I want him too leave her alone if anyone here has any good binding spells too keep a man from bothering you would u please post it so I may use it Thanks Sincerely Aeodne.
