Domestic violence and the returning soliders from Iraq April 09, 2008 10:27 PM

I am a survivor of domestic violence and despite the wonderful Bush administration sending my now ex-husband to a war and teaching him to kill, he was and is still not held responsible 2 1/2 years later for the physical, psychological and sexual abuse I received. I had to fight in court for 3 years to get him declared an unfit parent and my son had to testify that his father beat him and threatened to kill him before the judge would listen. I found to peace for my PTSD by undergoing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and I would really like to talk with other survivors or reformed abusers in similar situations. Peace and Love!!!  [ send green star]  [ accepted]
