Sign in here at the front Desk....all those who wish to enter these doors. Welcome! April 20, 2008 9:54 PM

Please sign in and enjoy this place as it is for all of you Care 2 friends and members.  This is wonderfully put together and can still facilitate what it was meant to do in the first place.   Use this as your place to advertise adoptions of animals.  Health news.  Make your own threads.  Enjoy!

Oh yes, and we do need co hosts...even if only to invite friends and so forth and when needed post something of importance.  Just no gore here. No bad language.

This isn't the place for it.  This is for fun...and knowledge.

Again thank you.

Thank You,

*editor*

anonymous In the US April 21, 2008 6:23 AM

In the US, you wouldn't be allowed to work anywhere with that on. They won't even hire you. They'll interview you but once they see that you cover, they won't hire you. I know from experience. When I was a Muslim, I used to dress like that. Now that I don't cover, I noticed that these same people who didn't know what I looked like before are actually NICE. Here is something I don't get. The men are the terrorists, right? Not all of them in Islam, but the actual terrorists are those who beat down women and kill innocent people. So why do the women get further victimized by being discriminated against and harassed? The women aren't the ones doing it, the males are.

Dear Suzie: and Shannon and anyone else. from the editor April 21, 2008 3:19 PM

My Dear Shannon, and Suzie,  and anyone else interested about the dress code here,  You may wear your beautiful clothing that you posted in this place.  We are an international and worldwide organization.

Started by Rabia A. who herself wore a veil!  She was all about peace and beauty.  I wish to have people who know of these things also post things of peace and beauty, art and cooking and whatever , as long as it is good.

So feel free!  Please. This is a cyber place of employment...a Play if you will.  However....  There is only calm here and no talk of fighting or wars.  Thanks so much Suzie...come dressed in your beautiful things.  And also post that beautiful picture in the Middle Eastern thread in our "Yet another art and graphic group"  Please....it is quite beautiful and we honour it and the women who wear it with dignity.  We do not endorse nor ever will what bad things men do to women.  This is a story.  A place to have fun and come to work wearing a turbin if you are a man and that is what you wear.   Ok?

Thank you so much for being here.  You will see that we are a fun place where mostly people can be characters and hob nob with each other in a peaceful and fun environment.

We need reporters who can post some of the good news around.  And if you would like to be a reporter, Let me know.  pick a topic of enjoyment and or helpfulness...and lets see where we can go with it.

Lovingly, Jandi

Glad you have such open veiws about what we can wear...I am known for dressing like a tramp when I am at home...you know the sort of thing...trackies with bagged out knees, holes and paint stains.

As for those ladies that wish to cover up what is the problem? Surely beauty is part of the person you are which I hope is a lot deeper than skin deep. It is the heart that matters, as it is the love we have for our planet and all its citizens (animals and human) that really matters and that will lead to a better more tolerant world.

Love and peace to all.

anonymous News to Note April 27, 2008 8:18 AM

Do we post our submissions from the News section on here? Because I've really been working at this the past few days (I'm at 10th place for Top Story Analysts!!!!) and I have a lot to submit, lol. Oh, and I had a very exciting thing happen to me. Due to my activity on this site, the governor of my state sent me a personal letter!! My entire family is excited. Our Governor is not a sociable person and it's rare for anyone to get anything personal from him. For a reason I honestly don't know why, he sent my son a welcome to the world card and none of the other women in my family had received this. My maiden name is Doyle, and our governor's last name is Doyle. I don't think we are related. It was just way awesome!

anonymous Reporter April 27, 2008 8:22 AM

How do I become a reporter? I know for sure I can do that. I was always the "wordy" one in school and in my family. Still am. My husband is from Pakistan and his english is almost perfect. Its the spelling that he gets stuck on and he'll hand me papers for his businesses like the Realtor papers and ask me to just proofread them for him just in case. Sometimes he even calls me over to his laptop and has me rewrite an entire letter so that it sounds good, convincing, and interesting. So, I know I'm cut out for that job. You know, I'd be a reporter in real life if I didn't have my children. I'm a stay at home mother and honestly can't wait until they are in school so I can work part time. Uhhhh.....ok, yeah, I think I'm rambling. Ok, I'm done now
