Every year, Japanese fishermen, with the support of their government, slaughter thousands of dolphins through a brutal method. Today, Japan plans to extend the hunt to include humpback whales! Corralling the dolphins into bays, then making them suffer a long and painful death by spears, hooks, and drowning is an inhumane way of fishing. This action is disgraceful and it causes much disappointment into the international community. This practice is killing magnificent, feeling animals, and endangering dolphin and whale populations.
