I`ve finally gotten up off my lazy butt and created this group. I`ve been wanting to do it for over a year but kept putting it off.

This is a place to share information concerning the Homeless in the Tampa Bay area. It is also a forum to discuss and brainstorm possible solutions and aid for the Homeless.

Almost everyone has a unique idea or two regarding the Homeless which we could toss around here.

Care2 Tampa Bay HCA group is a member of the main Care2 HOMELESS COMMUNITY AID (HCA) http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/HCA

P.S. Trashing, blaming, hating of the Homeless will not be tolerated on this group. It will be deleted after being reported to Care2.

Hi there ~ I live in Tampa, and would love to 'talk' to other people concerned with the homelessness in our area. I have long since wanted to do something...anything to help. I look forward to exchanging ideas.

Donna, I just joined this group last week. I might be an HCA junkie-lol! I think with my wanting to help the homeless in my own community as well as the homeless mentally ill I might as well join the other HCA's. I just checked my email today & found myself the owner of the West Palm Beach one that I offered to do that for to keep it open. That would be a good start. Lunch in a to-be-determined Restaurant on a mutually convenient day and time....... who's interested?
