March 13, 2006 through March 17, 2006 The First Annual Medicine Gathering TO ALL "The People"- The Kan-Yuk-Sa: We are now in the exciting planning stages for: The First Annual Medicine Gathering
For all HEALERS AND MEDICINE PEOPLE from all nations. We have the gathering tentatively scheduled to begin with registration on Monday, March 13, 2006. ending on Friday, March 17, 2006. This premiere event will be held here on our sunny & beautiful Seminole Indian land in Hollywood, Florida. The main events, speeches and group meetings/sessions will be taking place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week, with a closing session Friday morning. We are working on a complete "Gathering " package, which will include the Gathering functions, meals & lodging. All of this is TBD. Everyone is invited to attend as participants, but we are still looking for presenters and performers as well.
This important gathering is all about Cultural Awareness & Well-Being
Our life-long purpose has been to teach, inform and educate the Leaders and heal the Healers. The people are then made well by their example, works and attentiveness well done.
Thus, once again, Grandfather/Grandmother (The Great Spirit) has called into being another spectacular gathering of His/Her (Humpa Chee) trusted ones.
Infused with the power and knowledge of the Creator, these souls who practice the ancient ways will return to their very own communities vested with a potency and power of Spirit, which will enable them, single, alone and lowly to achieve their goals and advance civilization within the rank and file of individuals, families, communities and institutions within all strata of society within their villages, chapters, townships, cities, states and nations.
Armed with the banner of Might and Power, we call on you all to implement your power and knowledge into the universe. And as it circumambulates our planet, the people will take the answers from the Great Spirit.
We welcome your ideas, as well as your participation in our/your program. Yes, we have established a structure for several events. However, there is much room for added improvements and other people's projects that need to be conveyed to the people at the First Annual Medicine Gathering.
THIS GATHERING IS BEING PUT ON BY: JOE DAN OSCEOLA, AMBASSADOR OF THE SEMINOLE TRIBE OF FLORIDA, AND THUNDER HORSE, MEDICINE MAN/DIVINE PHYSICIAN/SPIRITUAL INTERPRETER Please send your ideas and a "yes I will participate in the program" note to us at the following address and/or email: Ambassador Joe Dan Osceola 6331 Greene St. Hollywood, Florida 33024 charjo49@msn.com
