ADMIN NOTE: This "Meditation - Dzogchen - Ati Yoga - Healing Circle" site is now, as of Mid-August 2007, intended to function as a PORTAL into the main online teaching site of Cyber*Lama Sapan Rinpoche. Or you can stand/stay here at the "outer gates" of the BuddhaDharma and enjoy all of the good things to be gleaned here. The URL for the care2 site for the "Vajrayana Pathways Institute Without Walls," which has its origin as a non-online Washington State Non-Profit Corporation in the 1990s, and which I started here as an ONLINE SANGHA in May of this tumultuous year 2007, is:

After much consideration, I have decided to maintain this (precious) care2 site, but  really allow it to be a PORTAL into what is now my main teaching and online Dharma activity here on care2, at the new ONLINE SANGHA hosted by the Vajrayana Pathways Institute Without Walls. There is much substantive teaching and good information, filtered, as it is, through myself, to be gleaned through your serious endeavors there. Welcome!

To make even more substantive progress on proper BUDDHIST MEDITATION METHODS, please consider applying for and joining my main teaching site on care2.com, with the "Kamalasila" information there, which will not be repeated or replicated in this general site. The same, really, goes for the fundamental PORTAL TEACHINGS about DZOGCHEN, the highest form of Buddhist Meditation - Ati Yoga - "The Great Perfection" as it is. If you are new, entirely new to meditation (with all of the vastness now presented out there in the "Metaphysical Marketplace" of our cherished Internet), please  have a peek at "The King of Yogas" thread on this site. Meditate upon what you find there, and know that THERE is both a starting and ending place for a proper form of Buddhist meditation -- without the benefit of an "instructor" or other guide. Please, if you have questions about how to get started with meditation and are serious about it, I will do what I can to help and I advise you to PM me (in care2 is fine for now) and we can begin a dialog, one-on-one, about it. ONLINE, with all of its benefits as well as mostly restrictions, there are limitations to what can be effectively done ... for you. Take the initiative and make a more personal contact. Dear Friends ... SO GO THERE ... to the VPIWW site, and do not say "Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt." Because the T-shirts for the "Vajrayana Pathways Sangha" are still coming.

VPS T-Shirts will only be available in five colors: Blue, White, Red, Yellow and Green. They will have a nice WOODBLOCK PRINT on each of them (all different, one for each color) and will come in the following sizes: Toddler, Kid, Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL, XXXL, with various girth sizes in each on special order. THIS is not a prospectus or an order form ... there are no prices, yet, and so do not expect that here. Go to the VPIWW site, and you might get some information for your "Precious Human Life" that you have been missing.

YUP YUP YUP ... YEAH, YEAH, YEAH!  You are almost there. If you are seeking directions as to how to get to the Vajrayana Pathways Institute Without Walls site, the main teaching and Dharma presentation site for Sapan Rinpoche, please go to the top couple of posts in this thread, and you will hopefully not have any further difficulties!  Um ... MAY ALL BEINGS BE HAPPY AND FREE FROM SUFFERING! =sr=
