A Chief of Police for the city of Brooklyn Heights Ohio, Jeffery Talani, was convicted and put in prison for raping 2 young girls.  He is up for Parole this April 2009.  Please help us in keeping criminals like this from being released on the streets.

2 year old Brian Hawes was murdered by his mother's live in boyfriend. He was charged with reckless homicide. Brian's mother is only facing 1 count of failure to prevent (criminal complaint shows that she herself abuse Brian, Brian's brother, ordered the abused and watched the abuse) We are outraged in our community that she is not facing additional charges at this time. Human Services/Child Protective Services received over 4 calls pertaining to this abuse as close as 1 week before Brian was killed. They did not remove the children. Kelsey was born after her parents were divorced. When Kelsey's dad called to active duty and was sent to Iraq, Kelsey's grandmother thought that God gave Kelsey to her because her son wasn't coming home. I tried but am unable to sign but will keep trying.  On my website

grups.msn.com/endchildabuse  I have cases within ght elast 2 years where it was reported that child abuse was happening and CPS either ignor it claiming unfounding or took the kids and returned to parents and further horrifice abuse/death happened and in a few cases a child was hurt in the foster care which should never happen.  Anyone is free to copy anything on their state they will help them.  I figure to demand laws to be passed and obeyed is easier if we have hard cold facts to back up our statements.

Friends I like to inform you of the posting of my 2^nd petition on the web. I respectfully ask all of you to join me in petitioning the House of Representatives to order an immediate inquiry on a National level, to investigate every State, Children Services Administrations.

After careful consideration I thought that it would be selfish of me to only fight for my niece Geneva. There are so many horror stories out there, and many families don’t have a voice to represent them; or anyone standing in their corner just to say I care.

I used my family story in this petition to alert our representatives throughout this great country of ours to show how ruthless this administration can be along with the family court institution. I for one am not please in the direction this country is heading; and if we truly want to preserve democracy in this country we must stand as one, and become one voice!

I forwarded this site to someone I know who works for Justice for Children and this was her response.

Sick, sick, sick. Actually this one isn't as bad as some that I know of. There are ones out there that tell them how to keep a child from telling and how to get out of criminal charges, with attorney referrals and all. We will work on it, try to find the main server and boycott the advertisers. Media usually works with the sponsors. If they lose their sponsors, they can't run their site.

It's pretty bad when this is our only possible recourse to get this site shut down, but all that matters to me is that it gets shut down. Even though I would like to see this person prosecuted, probably not going to happen.

This is more than worth the time it takes to send a message.

A relative of mine has been victimized by a pedo, even before the thought of such disquested me, but more so now that it happened closer to home.

Just as Tiffinay said, it maybe a medical disorder, however, there has been NO effective treatment for this so called disorder, and personally, I believe VERY strongly about such a person being punished for such a crime.

I have alot of respect for the people that makes the laws, however, everyone in the USA has rights as a citizen, this priveledge should be taken away and the person that commits the crime be punished accordingly.

Maybe I do not make sense, however, look at it fropm my point of view, the sexual preditor has just as many or more rights than we do, Some of us can barely afford to feed our families and keep a roof over our heads.

The sexual predator is guarenteed a place to live, 3 square meals aday, guarenteed legal representation, and clean cloths etc..... does this not seem strange to any of you????? and all because they have a MEDICAL DISORDER? Bull, they are given everything that they need to sustain life, and we have to pay for it as citizens wheather it be the UK or the USA.

There is NO fairness in it.

If I offend anyone by stating how I feel, I appologize for offending, but I will not appologizew for the way I feel.

Sexual predators should be delt within a fashion that would not allow them to get away with their actions.

I will not play god and will not pretend like I have all of the answers to this problem we all face, but, opinions and feelings such as mine are the starting of a solution, the first building block if you will.

I have arressted many people in my career, even once as a private citizen, and it sickens me as far as I can be sickened.

I beg of ALL that have the power to change laws and to make things happen,  to change the law that gives the sexual predator the right to a comfortable life behind bars.

If I am being repetative, it is because of this issue.
