1285.   Hello Greet and all fellow members, I read all of the messages from the People and I did notice something that could give a hint to why People don't get in to sign, There was one message in particular that sticks in my mind, and that was from a lady that became so devastated over the picture with the buzard creeping up to wait for the child to drop completely so he could eat him, that she vowed to not be able to eat or rest until she finds out what happened to that Child, and who took the Picture and what did they do to help, or did they just take pictures and leave, She really got me thinking at the time. You know Greet, the World is so full of "whooses"these days, I don't know why, you'd think that it would be to the contrary, and it appears that the more devastating situations which occur in the World today, the more People are turning to there therapists and there drug cabinets to get away from it all.

But don't worry Greet, keep optimistic, because it can happen and it will, Please trust in the Power Greater than all of us to fulfill his part. He only requires steps on our part to manifest a miracle. Please everyone, keep on trying, because it is going to work. Hugs Debby Divine.

Contacted the hungersite today for the 5th time now to become a sponsor ,so i would pay for it,and please put our banner up.NEVER got any reply back.

All the hungersites seems to want to keep the hunger in the world somehow,there's none of the 340 websites i contacted that wants to help.They dont even reply.

Any suggestions could be welcome.But I dont have a webmaster to change the page,if its that.Im looking for someone that can handle this and would do this for free for this cause,so we can make it better.

But dont panic,my brain is working full time to find answers on how to get the people working for this and forward it and get help from other sites and so.But two brains can do more then one .

Did anyone ever asked someone to who you forwarded it,and never signed,why this is?

Those persons could give us a clue,what we are missing here.

1246 we are climbing slowly, but at least we are climbing again. I have a suggestion! Although we have all done this, but I am proposing that we do it again. Lets start again and send the plan off to everyone in our address book again, I did this the other day with a hundred People that I had previously sent the plan to, and I went in to check the messages from the People section and to my pleasure, I found 37 People that "didn't" sign last time, "did" sign this time, so it's worth a shot Folks.

All my free hours I have been contacting other websites that are fighting for kids or against hunger to work togther and put our banner up.These are a LOT!Tuesday I got ONE response from www.thehungrychildren.com that they will be very happy to put our banner up and to work together.I was so happy with that news! For I think this is a well visited site.I replied the same day,but didn't hear anything anymore since then.So probably they changed their mind too, and It won't go through.

No help from any site yet!This is very hard to get help from anyone.Beside from you my friends.

I contacted Nelson Mandela,a person that works fro him,so I hope they do what I pleaseee asked them for,to forward the message.We will see.

I will try to contact other important persons still for this,Bono's contact is hard to find on the net,but I will go on,with trying everything I can in the time i have!

1101  sigs. A little bit slow, but if we keep plugging away, it will increase. I changed things a little by personalising the subject line to "Please take a look at this for me", and I did get many more responses even the People I originally sent the link out to ended up signing and thanking me.I also wrote my own little personalised letter above the link, and I do think that I had a more favourable response because I went in and checked the sigs and seen heaps of People that I originally sent them out to, including my relatives. That is just an idea mind you, I feel that I was asking them all, instead of helping to fill there boxes with all of the same PLS FORWARDS.I know alot of People see there boxes inundated with pls forward this and please forward that and then they just delete them all without reading them, especially if they all look the same. One day I had 56 of the same pls forwards and the silly thing is that you could only sign once, so in retrospect I had no choice but to forward them off or detete them.

I am still here also, plugging away. I don't always get time to say hi, but I do spend a considerable time forwarding our petition daily.I am receiving at least 30 per day, in my inbox, so I have been forwarding them off as well. Great to see this taking off, I see a lot of these plans start and finish within a week or two, so anyone out there who thinks that "it's just not happening", Please don't be discouraged because Optimism, Faith,and Spiritual determination haven't even been worked into the equasion yet.

Yesterday I sent out invites to the "A" list of my friends of friends. Today I will be sending invites to the "B" list. And so on and so on until I get through all 60,000+ of them!

Dear Greet please do not be discouraged that for 300 invites only 50 reply. That is actually a good ratio considering most people IRL send out something in the snailmail like 1000 letters, they only get back maybe a 1% response. So 50/300 is a lot better than that!!!!

If we all do this eventually more and more will come!

It,s not working with sending the invitations,i have been sending tree days about 300 invitations each day ,to only get 50 signatures a day,if it would work the numbers should dobble.But it stops,people don't forward it,most people dont even come see,those with the most friends don't even bother to come see.

I think we will have more succes if they actually would know right away we have a REAL plan,and that we're not just another group that that are just talking about stopping hunger.

Thanks for the invite to this group Eric I believe this is a very importamt issue. I work for an organization in Houston Texas and the main part of my job is going out into the streets to find and feed the homless and hungry-I work for a non profit organization so i know how hard it is to get funding just for food much less any thing else-houston is a large city we have one van to cover the area-its sad and it makes you made how little people help the poor-all over the world thee should be no hunger-we need to make a stand on this issue everywhere!!
