For the last couple of weeks I have been increasingly excited about the coming comet ISON and hoping for clear skies to be able to see it as it passes us. Here is a link to the journey it has taken. This will be a once in a lifetime event for each of us. It is HUGE so I'm hoping for a spectacular show. Some say it will be the brightest comet ever, while others are thinking it may break apart before becoming spectacular. It is almost here, what do you think? Are you able to see it as it passes tomorrow?
Intense blue light and a couple of loud booms reported in Canada and the US, here are 2 articles. I'm guessing this was a meteor that thankfully did not seem to do damage like the one that landed in Siberia recently. Some of the comments are hilarious.
This article has been updated and shares the same photo, not as many comments though, one is really hilarious.
Looks like ISON is just a shadow of it's former glory....
