Hello Val glad you like the pics and Video, Re - my comment on the video, I said "now I know why my Mom always said "make sure you always wear your good underwear when you go out, (incase you were in an accident, and needed medical treatment) = Appearences matter .
I couldn't add , "what does that say about us? when "you" have to dress smartly before people to offer help?"
Someone said to me, "I would be worried if the poorly dressed man was trying to pull off a scam?" - my reply was- "then you could simply summon help? phone emergency services, or call people over to help, interesting that you thought only the poorly dressed man , would try to "con" you, when some of the best "conmen" have been "sharp suited", why you only have to look at some politicians to know that !!"
The video , has done what it was supposed to do, -got people talking and thinking , love hugs x wendy k x kelly cats xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Would be great if this photo could be the opening pic, /theme of each new thread , what do you all think ? xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I saw this photo, and had to share it, .I looked where i could place it, but there was no thread, and sometimes you see a photo and think my gosh that is amazing, then the photo doesn't fit into a thread?, so if everyone is ok with this thread, thats what it is for, a picture that makes you gasp !!!! anything any subject, especially if it doesn't "fit" elsewhere anyway see what you think x wendy k x& kelly cats xxxxxxxxxxx

Woe - that fireman photo is amazing. And the peacock! Albino?

Stormchasers capture amazing images of Mothership Supercell storm forming over Nebraska

Ice Fold Over on Itself....
Wonderful Wendy and Lynn - thanks.
Lynn that remoinds me of ribon candy and
Wendy - hubby asked me if that was real!
Which one Val, the skies over Ontario, Canada? is as far as I know , real, not photoshopped?, all the others are real , except the face with the clock added , glad your husband was interested in them Val, ask him does he have a special interest, and I will try to get an amazing photo ,on / of that , x x x
Love the folding Ice Lynn, like fondant icing mmmmm x x x
Sorry Wendy - he was asking about the elephant fish. Usually I don't shoe him stuff - we live pretty seperate lives with our likes these days. But happened to be sitting near him then - and showed him - some of those skies but be time lapsed - they are beautiful.
Amazing about the sun and cute leopards. So sad for the little girl - glad they allowed her to keep holding his hand,
This took my breath away when I first saw it. It's a picture of a cake that my granddaughter made for a client. She owns her own "cakery" and this creation is ALL edible. The hanger is made out of fondant as is the shoulder straps and trimming. The rest is cake and her cakes are delicious!!
Wow...... these pictures are so awesome! I have never ever even heard of an elephant fish!! I am astounded and can't stop looking at this little fellow!
The firefighters picture is really incredible. I still think of those 10 or 12 firefighters who died when the fire changed direction. God bless them all and keep them safe.
What an amazing cake, Lynn! I wouldn't know where to start. Very talented, your granddaughter... she could have a TV show like the 'Cake Boss'!
Thanks everyone. Real eye-opener pics!
Cheryl - gorgeous photo - amazing!!!
Lynn - I saw a cake the other day on the net that looked liked some shirts in a pile all folded - this reminds me of that! She is so talented!!! But what is "fondant"?
Val, fondant is a mixture of marshmallows and sugar. It rolls out and you pinch pieces off and make figurines, flowers, ribbon, etc. The fondant is colored with food coloring first. It's soft at first but if you leave it at room temperature for a couple of days it will harden. Andie's husband usually does the sculpture work and for my last birthday he made me an elephant on the cake. I now have the elephant in my wall unit!!
Speaking of shirts, here's one that she did of a football shirt. The shirt is all cake. The football, stripes on sleeve, name and number is fondant.
Fabulous Lynn, as Val said, your grand daughter is a very talented baker, I will have to show you a photo of a cake , that I at first thought was real, -pass on our applause to her , excellent , work, xx
Cheryl, the elephant fish is amamzing, glad you liked the other photos, lovely early sunset xx
Val , well glad your husband liked the fish, and you enjoy looking at the others .
must find some more unusual ones !! xx
HOW COULD ANYONE EAT THIS LITTLE CAKE ?
Oh, my goodness....that puppy cake looks so real, Wendy. That's fabulous work and I'll have to show it to my granddaughter.
This photo doesn't look real, but it is. Love the rainbow.
That football cake is fantastic? Just curious - how much does she charge? That photo has to be edited some - no place looks like that -
Wendy I won't eat that cake!!!! And amazing story - I spoke with a lady once who came back for Africa or some place like that and became partially parallelized - she drank her own urine after the doctors could do nothing and she researched her ailments and it cured her eventually. Modern medicine is NOT always the best. Actually off to get some Black Cohosh and Willow Bark today.
Sometimes holistic remedies are better than the crap that the pharmaceuticals make and the doctors tell you to try. That's an amazing story, Wendy. An inspiration!
Here's another picture that doesn't look real. It's the Blue Cave or Grotto. It's located in Balun, Croatia.
Gorgeous picture, Val. I hope that the Black Cohosh and Willow Bark helps you. My daughter took Black Cohosh and it seemed to relieve her a bit.
Sue, I'm so happy about Sunder. Now she can live her life out in freedom, with other elephants, no mistreatment and people who love and care for her. Thanks for posting this good news!
My new favourite photo, still crying the happy tears..........
This really took my breath away, but not sure if it is allowed to copy the photo. Here is the link to the article showing what happened when a truck was struck by lightening. Thank goodness for our RCMP officer who was able to rescue them from the truck. It's a miracle he was so close by on such a deserted road. The big white triangle on the photo is a clickable link to start the video.
Wow Sue, that story is incredible. Lightning is both awesome and terrifying. In this case it actually melted part of the pick-up. The couple is lucky to be alive, thanks to the RCMP who saw what was happening as he was driving by. Thanks for this astonishing article and picture!
You'll be awed by these pictures. A woman photoshops her fat cat into works of art. Amazing....
The northern lights never cease to amaze me, they are so beautiful. The pictures with the fat cat in them are amazing. Thanks for posting them.
HEALTH TIP: Moringa Oleifera is a tree brought from the mind of God to the hands of man. Often referred to as the “miracle tree” because of its uniquely diverse array of nutritional, medicinal, and purifying properties, this is a little-known, and highly undervalued, “superfood” treasure with incredible potential to greatly improve health and eliminate hunger around the world. Moringa has the ability to retain high concentrations of electrolyte minerals, allowing it to stay internally hydrated in the driest of conditions.
Natively found in the southern foothills of the Himalayan Mountains in northern India, Moringa is widely cultivated today throughout Africa, Central and South America, and many parts of Asia. Africans have honored it with names that translate to: “Never Die,” and “The Only Thing that Grows in the Dry Season,” and “Mother’s Milk.” This plant has saved more lives in Third World countries than any other.
The various constituents of the Moringa tree (leaves, flowers, seeds, pods, roots, bark, gum, and seed oil) are known to have a plethora of beneficial, health-promoting attributes. Moringa provides a rare combination of zeatin (a potent antioxidant), quercetin
Wendy, that's extremely interesting about Moringa Oleifera. Here is the link to what Dr. Howard W. Fisher says about the effects and side effects.
Lynn great link from Dr Fisher, He points out to stick with taking the raw plant leaves from the moringa oleifera tree, after the effects of the detox, "you will feel better than ever, and it seems you will lose the "muffin top affect" we sometimes get, with tight skirts/belts , - hey win win !!!!!! x wendy k x & kelly cats xxxxxxx
Wendy, since I can't find the moringa plant itself, I ordered a bottle of the capsules. When I start taking them, I'll let you know how I feel. Wouldn't it be great if they really work?
Beauty in Nature....
Wow - these are amazing - thank you
