Your Soul Self is only part of your make up. You have other parts as well: physical, mental, and emotional.

The Soul is the part of you that continues after the body dies. It is the essance of you.  This is the part of someone that you feel when you say that you've felt a pressance, communicated with passed loved ones, or seen a ghost. It lives on to reincarnate or to assend. Sometimes it takes a while to be reincarnated and the soul will spend its time learning and communicating with the living.

Your Soul Self lives many life times, approximately 350. In all these 350 times it stays within it's soul family. This is why sometimes when you meet someone you automatically feel like you've known each other all your lives, beacuse you have for ALL your lives, they are part of your soul family. The same holds true for the opposit. You may meet someone and right away descide not to like them. May be due to a past life experience. Maybe you never got along in that one, or maybe they are not part of your soul family.

Your Soul Self carries with it all the history of your past lives. Though some may not be relavent to your life today it may explain a few things. Like why when choosing this life and this body did you choose to have a small neck. Maybe in a past life you were hanged. Or maybe in a past life you were a warrior. Now in this life you feel like you have to protect everything and everyone.

If we can learn to understand that all that happens to us, we created.  Hard one for me to face, believe me.  We all have choices, some are good and some are lessons.  But, when faced with a difficult one, possibly we might think how does this affect me, the "who I am"?  Then, make another choice and move on!

That is a very good question. Since a soul does have a purpose on the earthly plane and it does take many lifetimes to fullfill this purpose it is hard to say when it is done.

As for how long till a soul comes back...to be quite frank, I have no idea. It is my understanding that there is really no turn around time. We choose our parents. So I guess it depends on when that soul sees his/her new parents here on earth.

I will do my best to find out as much of an answer as I can for you.

my undrstanding is that we come back to this plane to learn....and to accomplish certain core tasks....even if we have a disasterous incarnation ( we may think) we do not go backwards  ....we may have to make good some actions done in this  incarnation, in this or the next incarnation. I have noticed in different belief systems (religeons) that they give a certain number of times we come back...I do not believe there is a fixed or arbitary figure..each of us are unique and different, and we all learn in different rates and ways..but if you believe this, you can make it so...and not many people would know how many times we have been here anyway...sometimes our belief patterns can limit or restrict our progress.Service to mankind is one of the highest ways to progress an incarnation...not done just for this pupose alone, but because you have a love and wish to help your fellow man. Knowledge alone does not progress you in this incarnation, it takes dedication, love and service.Watch your thoughts...Just because you think no one can know what you are thinking, it has a major bearing on what energy you radiate from yourself,what others pickup, and what you then attract...

So what does this all mean- it means if we watch our thoughts, not be judgmental, have love and be of service to our fellow man, our environment/ our planet, and the other of Gods creatures here on earth, we are making good progress....it does not mean that you should neglect family, friends or our work....it means we do lttle things, things that help in some way......even to picking up litter on the pavement, picking up an injured or lost animal and seeing it is ok....taking over a cake/cookies over to a neighbour who is not well....spending time with someone who has had a bad day or a loss...it doesn't mean we have to make an earch changing action. This is my belief, take this on board and test it with your own beliefs, your teachers and reject what does not resonate within you...love and light Ken
