HI ALL

I AM WONDERING WHAT CRYSTAL WOULD BE GOOD FOR DEPRESSION.

I HAVE A CLEAR QUARTZ CRYSTAL WHICH I USE FOR MEDITATION.

WOULD IT BE O.K TO USE THE SAME CRYSTAL FOR DEPRESSION AND HOW WOULD I USE IT TO HELP WITH DEPRESSION.

I HAVE ALSO JUST HAD MY FIRST REIKI ATTUNEMENT AND I'M NOW WONDERING HOW I CAN USE REILK TO HELP WITH DEPRESSION.

I AM NOT DUE TO SEE MY REIKI MASTER UNTIL THURSDAY NEXT WEEK SO I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL OF ANY HELP IN THE MEANTIME.

THANKS EVER SO MUCH...............I LOVE IT HERE AT THIS FAB GROUP ALTHOUGH I DO FIND MYSELF SPENDING A LOT OF TIME HERE.

Hi KarmaT, I can't advise you about the crystals but regarding Reiki, there is absolutely no need to direct it, the energy will flow to where it is needed.

Before you self-treat though, you could request the help of the Reiki Masters and guides with regards to the depression, thank them for healing you (a more positive statement for you, affirming that you are healing now, rather than saying you will be in future). Also as you treat yourself, say to yourself that you release all that is negative and that you allow yourself to be healed.
