LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY AND EASILY WITH WEIGHT LOSS HYPNOSIS Let’s talk about the nine habits of naturally thin people. Number one, take time each day to imagine yourself healthy and fit. Naturally thin people see themselves in a healthy body. They know what they’re going to look like in that outfit that they’re going to a week from Tuesday if there’s a party. They actually see it clearly in their mind. Take time to imagine yourself in a healthy, fit body. If you need to post a picture or a photo and look at it often, get excited, become curious and ask yourself, what would it be like to live in this body? Naturally thin people do this. They imagine themselves looking great. Take the time daily to see yourself in a healthy, fit body. Ideally, do this in the morning as you’re waking up and in the evening as you’re falling asleep. You’re naturally in an alpha brain state as you’re waking up and falling asleep. This is a highly receptive state of mind. Your mind is easy to program during those times. Therefore, you want to have a good, solid visual that you can draw from during those times to tell your unconscious mind, this is the new goal. This is your new image. The second one is develop a phrase that supports your goal. You want to make it simple. You want to say it often. You want to say it as if it’s true. Naturally thin people think positive thoughts about themselves. When they see a piece of cake, they don’t think, oh that’s going to taste so good. They think nothing tastes as good as how a healthy fit body feels. They think thoughts that keep them focused on the goal. These types of thoughts will literally rewire your brain for success. We have this part of our mind that’s called the reticulating activating system. What that does is scan the whole world and our life to see what we’re looking for. Therefore, if there is a particular thing you really like, like a certain type of car and you’re fond of that car and that color, every time you’re driving down the street, you will notice that particular car.
