I know what you mean, faeries often give off a gold glow, but often the glow is silver (moon faeries usually give off silver glows), blue (moon faeries and water faeries often give off blue glows), red (usually fire, light, or flower faeries), and many other colors. What I mean by "giving off a glow" is that faeries tend to fly by many people very fast, but they sort of "glow" because of their magic. It is easier to see the shape of a faerie if they don't fly by really quickly.
