Usually I practice ZEN around 9:30 in the morning before I start the day.I sit in my bedroom or in our "bonusroom." a larger room with larger windows with more airflow. Approximately twice a week either alone or with a daughter,I'll meditate while jogging,this maintains a slightly different tempo and energy,at times when I need more energy out quickly.
I usually do it before going to bed- i do it easier when nothing comes ahead and the day is at its end...I do it in my own room and from time to time with others in our meditationroom.
