Greetings, Sangha ... It is only December 10th (2009) and WINTER has definitely arrived here in the Front Range and at the doorstep of Kunga Tenphel Ling in Lyons, Colorado. SHOWY SNOWY GLOWY! I have settled into my annual Winter SAMSARA RETREAT and am enjoying the cozy deliciousness of my cave (which a friend points out is definitely a CAVE and has poor "Feng Shui" !????!!). Blessings to you and your profound STUDY & PRACTICE! By the way, if you have some extra land or can purchase some land here in the Front Range to further the goals of the pristine PCL project, just do so, whenever your way is open. PATIENCE is the main practice of the Board of Directors in these less-than-subtle economic circumstances. Drop me a line if you have time!

I have several NOTICES for you:

2) KTL will commence with a brand new Green Tara Puja and practice sadhana on the Full of September (26th). All are invited to attend; having taken Refuge or arranging for that is required. Monthly.
3) Refuge (entering the Path of Buddhism) Ceremony is fully provided at KTL. Certain requirements and preparations are in order, and you need to contact Sapan Rinpoche for this purpose.
4) A Mahakala Puja that is open to beginning practitioners that have taken Refuge is done at KTL on the Eve of every New Moon, at dusk.
5) Other practices are done at KTL for those that have the necessary Empowerments. Please inquire of Rinpoche.
6) Rehearsals for the SAMSARA Meditation Ensemble of Boulder County are now CLOSED, and the ensemble, by audition and invitation only, has been limited to seven performer-musicians and two alternates.
7) Sapan Rinpoche will be joining Santa Ratna Shakya and Shree Krishna Shahee, from the Himalayan Singing Bowl Centre in Kathmandu, Nepal, in a TOUR OF THE WEST COAST (Los Angeles, Carmel, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle and Vancouver, B.C.), during the month of June in 2008. This will be one of the preliminary tours in preparation for the 1st World Tour, in 2009, of the "SAMSARA Meditation Ensemble of Planet Earth," Sapan Rinpoche and Santa Ratna Shakya, Co-Directors.
The following primary meditation pujas and other practices at Kunga Tenphel Ling will continue through May 30th. KTL will be out of session for most of June, July and August, due to travel by Sapan Rinpoche and the Phuntsok Choephel Ling Summer Program, which begins on July 13th.
CHENREZI Meditation Puja on Sundays at 3 p.m.
MEDICINE BUDDHA Puja on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.
SAMSARA Meditation Ensemble of Boulder County rehearsals and training on Saturdays at 10:00 p.m.

The KTL Schedule as published here begins this Sunday, March 4th, at 3 p.m. with the Chenrezi Puja.
Tomorrow evening, Thursday, March 1st, our last Thursday evening Chenrezi Puja will be followed with Prayers for Chogye Trichen Rinpoche.
Our Thursdays will then switch to Wednesdays, at 7 p.m. Sitting, followed by the Medicine Buddha Puja, which will continue as our Wednesday Eve practice.
All practice materials are available at the Center.
