Make Trade Fair
To get the ball rolling in here....
(excerpt from oxfam.org)
Make Trade Fairis a campaign by Oxfam International and its 12 affiliates, calling on governments, institutions, and multinational companies to change the rules so that trade can become part of the solution to poverty, not part of the problem. We are targeting them with a report which analyzes international trade rules, and presents a powerful case for change. We know that real change will only come when large numbers of people demand it - in rich countries as well as poor.

2005 is a critical year in the fight to make poverty history
The World Trade Organization must deliver a “pro-development”
outcome from its trade negotiations in Hong Kong in December of
this year - to ensure that rich countries stop export dumping and
remove barriers to trade, so that poor countries can have the power
to decide trade policies that are right for their own development.
