It's very simple. Have a conversation. An in-depth, honest conversation with You. With SELF. Ask the question that No one likes...."Why". When your mind comes up with an answer, again, "Why", go on and on until you reach the natural conclusion. We have so much "opala" (that's trash, and another hint to my location)...from this life, growing up, and also past life influences. Our minds naturally create "reasons". But....sooner or later we run out of them. This is totally not for the faint of heart, who really have no wish to clear issues. This is intense. I've cleared so much by just asking..."Why". Clearing issues, also helps to facilitate the aura clearing and soon enough....this is where Shondra can come in...Chakra activation.

One is on the Big Island and I forgot where the other person is...Sorry! Of course, I'm on the Capitol Island of Oahu....it'd be great if we had one person from each of the major islands.
