Joann ... when Jeremy was home he somehow screwed my computer and he somehow managed to wipe everything out and started our system all over again, from the beginning.. so I've been trying to get all my stuff back that I had saved... saddly the file I had saved in favorites on Ramsey was cleared away, I'm so so sorry my friend, I've let you down and I really feel awful... but I'm determined to get on it and "GET 'ER DONE"!  (hope you not upset with me?)  damn, I had a lot of stuff, but probably not enough to help you too much anyway?  I'll get on it again tho... I love you much my sister and so glad to see Donald's petition is so close, he does deserve to come home, be free with his loving family, you deserve that!  Forgive me for not being too much help on it   I'm so sorry I let you down there!

I'm happy to see you here. I completely understand the helpless feelings of a Mom with her child imprisoned when he's innocent.

We're all trying to find our ways to inform the people who have the authority to know about these things. The numbers are so common in every state in the US, it's staggering.

Wow, Joann!! I hadn't checked the # of signatures on Donald's petition for awhile but it's coming right along! I don't know if this is 'right' exactly but I'm going to cross-post it to other groups I belong to (again). Like us, they are always getting new members, so hopefully you'll get more signatures from them.

You have done such a wonderful job getting all this put together! Donald will be forever grateful & love you even more (if that's possible).

I signed Donald's petition and can assure you ... we are working around the clock on many of these type of issues all across America.  There is corruption and infiltration deep within our government, courts, police departments, and political offices.

Our investigation has revealed many of their criminal entities and treasonous acts - we are working feverishly to get this information to the people. Many of our "good ones" are being "taken out" in a thousand subversive fashions. I have a phrase that illustrates : 

"Murder comes in many fashions - using a variety of assassins..."

Well, framing an individual or "setting them up" on a criminal charge (staging & creating the scenario to take them down) is one of their forms of subversive assassination.  Subversive murder - is murder. There are 3 base forms of subversive murder (many variations in each form) :

1) NON-PHYSICAL - where you are left alive (physically) but effectively murdered in every sense of the word - put a variety of labels on you like psychotic, criminal, mental illness, fill the "data base" with negative information about you (usually all fabricated or grotesquely exaggerated) .... lock you away in prison or mental institutions where they can needle you all up and turn your mind into a mush patty so that you don't even know your mothers name anymore - let alone the secrets that you kept of Al-Queada's operations in my nation - etc...

2) PHYSICAL - where they actually murder you physically in a subversive fashion that doesn't  "look like"  a murder - stage a scenario to kill you with the bullets from a cops gun ... convince everyone it was justified killing because you went psychotic and blah blah blah (they control the news media and T.V.'s so they control what everybody believes. They use Security Guards, Bouncers in Bars etc... to do these same things. They can assassinate you in the hospital and get away with it - call it a surgery gone bad, a heartattack, whatever ... stage it to "look like" a suicide or drug overdose etc.. Stage your assassination in the form of a "car accident".

3) Is a combination of the two  - NON PHYSICAL / PHYSICAL -  where they work one off of the other in combinations.  Use one to lead up to the other - use non physical as the stage up to the physical.

Forget the FBI... these guys have their own "corruption" within it's agencies and employee's... 

So after finding out they won't help, they even knew the Sheriff I was talking about personally, so what does that tell you?  Yeah, they are suppose to be a seperate agency from all other State Enforcements etc., but that doesn't mean they are not in kahoots with the misconduct and abuse of authority.

Maybe for Donald we should bombaard the Board of Pardon & Parole PLUS the Govenor with letters, emails and those who can? phone calls regarding justice for Donald?

We do get looked at differently once that kind of tragedy happens. The people of this country are still back a ways in time. All the people who have been released from prison because after 10 to ??? years of their lives spent in a room smaller than they keep animals in the zoo in. It's disgustingly sick.

It's time!!!! * soapbox* I know when we all are one voice of many, the wheels will start turning. Unless you're rich enough to buy your way out of it, then there is no hesitation, just lock 'em up & try to throw away the key.Well, we're not going to let that happen in as many wrongly convicted PEOPLE as we can to make that difference.

It seems alot of American belief & dedication has disappeared. I don't think it has disappeared, it is just being ignored by a bunch of control freaks that try to maintain the country with a storm tropper attitude. Disgustingly sick!

Hi Mindi: I'm Dave, JoAnns husband. The one thing to bear in mind as you go through this ordeal is, our government doesn't like to admit ooppps we blew it. So they stretch this process out from 5-15 years. We all know that like taxes they try to wear you down so that you just put up with it. But like all the other truly just causes the strong bear it up so others don't have to suffer.That is why my love opened this site, so others have a support group,a reference point and a refuge from the turmoil and haters. Yea it's (people are) strange. But as I'm sure you're finding out most people once they find out you have someone in prison look at you somewhat differently. Well we are no different than they. But like the poster says "The Truth is OUT THERE". It's up to all of us to prove it.
