I also would like to add... what about medication for cronic pain patients??? I have been diagnosed with many painfull problems, and hep. C is just one of them! I have had this for 38 years now!!! Dr's even call me the walking miracle! But unfortunatly like others with cronic pain , I have been told it will only get worse.            All my Dr. is concerned about is my intake of pain meds.! I have been on these meds. for 9 years now, with no increases, nor have I asked for one!    I am on the second to the lowest prescribed as it is!         I have gone thru Dr's like candy, even fired one! He looked at me as if he had never been fired before? Well, theres always a first time!            Most Dr's wont even prescribe the oxycontine that I am on! But I was 5told (after several trials of meds.) that the oxycontine was the best med. for me due to my liver (hep C.) and oxycontine , one 20mg. last for up to 10 hours! As others only would last 4-6 hours, that lead me to take as many as 9 vicodin a day! And I was still in pain . pluss the accetomeniphen  was doing a job on my liver!     I will be 50 soon (march 5th) and I am happy to have made it this long , but why should I go in pain when there is a med. out there to help? Addiction? I hear this all the time ! It's not in my vocablulary!      Like they said "it will only get worse"  And, by the way a--h---s like Limbaugh screwed it up for people like me along with greedy DR.s !         I push for a pain free america, for americans suffering for whatever there problems be!           I am sure to live alot longer, besides care2 needs me to sign pet. and write letters, and most important getting the word out ! Wake up America there is alot going on out there than your time shares, ATV's, planning your next vacation, or selling out to a Government that decieves you.    Oh!
