If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	I would ask the schools to impliment a program wherein every child would foster a rescue animal from a shelter for atleast one weekend a month. I would also impliment a program wherein high school students have to see what happens in a slaughterhouse before they graduate from high school.
