What Gives Me Hope Rising gas prices. They are still far too low.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Tax all major externalities - ie: Heavily tax the use of fossil fuels, particularily in urban settings, and redirect that money towards rewarding the use of alternatives and restructuring cities.
