I hope, through this site, to try and help those that are in the period following the loss of a loved one.

My experience of this journey may help others to let them know that their feelings are very similar to the feelings that we all have during this time.

To also try to explain to family and friends, to help them to understand how the bereaved person is feeling.

 You are not alone in your actions at this time, they are the same, or, very similar , to the actions of others.
