I am Liston Thomson, hailing from a noble family of Fort Cochin, currently settled in Bangalore for the last 7 years. My objective is to be a successful professional in a dynamic and challenging environment and to give my best for the growth of the Organization.

Through my fortitude and determination I have seen many trials and tribulations of in life, which have taught me invaluable success and failure factors.        

During my past 15 years of work experience covering almost all functional areas to name a few:-

a)                  I started my career as a Receptionist at Hotel Abad Plaza (Three Star Hotel at Cochin)

Thereafter as a Restaurant Manager at Hotel Sun International Cochin then for few years I worked in Mumbai Hotels like Hotel Airlink, Hotel Kohinoor (near International airport) then finally as a cashier/computer operator (Studio the Bristo in VT now known as CST) where I met with an accident and my left arm vain got injured and decided to quit Hotel industry.

b)                  Coming back to Cochin I joined M/s. Najeeb Associates as an Office assistant and later with Creative Business Associates (An ad Agency in Cochin) as a Business Executive thereafter with Criss Cross (another ad agency in Cochin)  as  Accounts Executive.

c)                   During this course of time I had a great opportunity to work as an Investigator with                 Globe Detective Agency it is one of the best Private Investigation Company in India. Here my Job involvement was Netherlands Verification, Surveillance and also I had the situation to work as double agent. My assignment was with M/s. Raymond Suiting ( I was a floor Manager ) Then with Pen Books as an Administrative Officer  this made significant  change in my life giving me more experience in the office administration and also had an opportunity to learn computer slowly I started developing my computer skills and through my adequate preparation and indomitable determination I have succeeded in  becoming a graphic designer without a helping hand (one thing  I left here is that  God has given me a talent of drawing that is the only  foundation which helped me to build up this career)

d)                  With Medisoft Mysore as a Quality Controller (Data Entry) Then so many years of experience in the design area which I have already mentioned in my resume. Once I got a memento from MES Teachers College Bangalore for doing their best Magazine for the year 2005, As a designer I can do both print and visual (specialized in Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw, Adobe In design, PageMaker  Macromedia Dream weaver, Flash, Fireworks 3ds-Max, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and many more

e)                  One of my major achievements in my life is that I had the opportunity to work with a man of wisdom and knowledge Mr. M V Gopinath. May be words would not be enough to describe… Mr. Gopinath He is a coach, guide, trainer and a counselor for a number of CEO’s and Senior Executives He understands people and  can intervene below the levels of behavior and shift their erroneous core beliefs and bring about transformation that alter the perception of themselves, people around them and the world they live in. He is an internationally acknowledged powerful motivational speaker and has conducted hundreds of seminars and workshops on personal and professional transformation. As on date he has interacted, through his public seminars, with more than 16000 people from all walks of life and the participants have expressed high satisfaction on the relevance and benefit of these seminars & workshops.
