If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would legalize weed to boost the economy I don't personaly smoke it but have and I know how much good it could do for the country in terms of jobs and money. and I would put the same laws on it as drinking, and tax it as much as the city of cleveland taxes cigarettes!
