About Me	Well, I'm a radical lesbian I guess u could say. If it took me threatening the president to make my voice heard on an issue, then I guess I'd be in jail. I'm down to earth, easy going, and very opinionated. I like to think I have a banging, original personality. I love to listen to music, whether it's classical, country, rock, oldies, pop, dance, hip hop... I love it all! I'm as eclectic as my musical compilations, and can be as dynamic as the crescendo in a Beethoven overture. I'm open, I'm honest, I'm blunt... I don't sugar coat... I love to think, and enjoy being around those that do. I'm a "doer", the car can't move if you're not behind the wheel! My Philosophy	We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make our world. Live life to the fullest, no regrets no apologies. Don't live in the past, look towards the future. Live, learn, love, adapt... If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Don't complain.
What Gives Me Hope	Seeing, and hearing of those who succeed against the odds. One more victory in my cause.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Believe nothing merely because you have been told it. Do not believe what your teacher tells you merely out of respect for the teacher. But whatever, after due examination and analysis, you find to be kind, conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare of all beings - that doctrine believe and cling to, and take it as your guide.~ If a leader would live by that saying, everything would be so much better b/c they wouldn't act in blind rage, or stupidity, of their own selfish greed, they would do what's best for OUR country as a whole. Stop messing in others (countries) affairs that do not involve us. So, I guess it's safe to say, I would focus on the home front first and fore most. That's where effort and attention needs to be directed to.
What/who changed my life and why	Oprah, b/c for a person (an Afro-American at that), to rise above all the obstacles in her way to become the important, beautiful, sought after, wise womon she is today, is a testament that anyone can do it, no matter what. It would've been easy for Oprah to lay down and do nothing, but she said she was gonna be better then what others expected, and look at her now! The blind hope of one day meeting her, kept me going when I was younger. Also, my 6th grade teacher, Ms. Wallis, and social worker Amy W. A... they gave me something to believe in, and made me know I mattered and was important. Had it not been for those 3 womyn, who knows where I would be today, if I would even be here...
