What Gives Me Hope Who needs hope?
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would get really tough on criminals; give them an ultimatum: it is either commit a crime and face an extreme, harsh penalty, or not commit any crimes at all - make them afraid to commit the crimes. The youth justice system needs to be equal to the adult justice system.
