What I Want to Do:

My Page Billboard
Life is short and if, with our God-given gifts, we reach the peak of human achievement free of the frills of human glory we'll live in peace with the thought that no good deed is ever lost or wasted. Inside us and outside of us is indestructible matter. We are energy. Love is energy. Compassion is energy. Forgiveness is energy. Life is not a balance sheet if we view it from a perpective of loving. Not an easy mission, indeed, but that's all there is. After this human shell crumples like a dry leaf on the ground, what will stay for a long long time is the memory of our good deeds which will never be lost because the wind will whisper these memories to ears that are willing to listen beyond the superficial. Nothing is lost. Nothing is wasted. Matter is indestructible. We are matter and our deeds are part of us.

    Over the River and
    Through the Woods

    Over the river and thru the wood,
    To grandfather's house we go;
    The horse knows the way
    To carry the sleigh,
    Thru the white and drifted snow, oh!
    Over the river and thru the wood,
    Oh, how the wind does blow!
    It stings the toes,
    And bites the nose,
    As over the ground we go.

    Over the river and thru the wood,
    To have a first-rate play;
    Oh, hear the bell ring,
    Hurrah for Thanksgiving Day-ay!
    Over the river and thru the wood,
    Trot fast my dapple gray!
    Spring over the ground,
    Like a hunting hound!
    For this is Thanksgiving Day.

    Happy Thanksgiving My Friend ~~

    Hazel, I'm sharing a poem here with you. You may like to click my share network. I have blog in my sharebook and if you find the time to browse my blog, that would be nice.

    Like a birdsong

    you’re with the wind

    on my brow

    in this early morning light.

    With the rustle of leaves

    outside my memory’s door

    I tiptoe like a child

    to keep you one moment more

    or I will sulk

    in the roofless corner

    of my fears

    forever wishing I was a forest.
