Thanks for coming to visit my CARE2 see more JOY in the world intro
I started a charity in South Africa 5 years ago "the UPliftment Programme"  - www.up.givengain.org
We train up volunteers to become Care Clowns in their local hospitals or institutions, sharing the much needed JOY.
This type if work is a GLOBAL phenomenon with over 100 organisations committed to this work around the world.
