- if you don't want gay marriage, then don't get one and shut up. i'm not big on the whole marrying idea for myself, but i want the choice and the right for all my fellow humans to marry whichever person they love and want to legally share their life with.

My Philosophy If you're not trying to make something better you're just in the way? We're all capable, all of us, if we have the internet sitting right in front of us with our stomach's full and all our brains and bodies are intact (even if they're not... you're probably still capable), living in this Western society, we're completely empowered and have no excuse to ignore the suffering of humans, animals and the environment.
What Gives Me Hope Universal Love.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by First day; Start donating the required amount of money to the countries with programs for this because they need it, instead of barely scraping over the 50% mark. Amend a whole bunch of dysfunctional anti-discrimination laws. Free tertiary education. Second day; I'd get started on important things...
What/who changed my life and why So many! Blood Diamond had a huge impact on my life. I will never buy a diamond, even if it's assured it has been acquired fairly. The Horse Whisperer and The Loop (Nicholas Evans' books). My best friends, a few teachers I've had, inspiring people I have met have changed my life.
