 Addictions are a way to protect ourselves from the feelings damned up inside us.

They indeed temporarily dampen emotion and reality.

So,we crouch under the drainpipe of addiction,alone in a puddle of
despair,ignoring the fact that we are drowning.

Recovery begins when we crawl out,lift our heads to the sky,and sputter our finest prayer:

 "God HELP ME,I'm all WET!"

Addictions keep me from feeling and healing.

I want to be healthy and happy.

We have left Gutenberg in the dust and Marconi in the discarded vacuum tube, in exchange for the modern "crystal balls" of the computer chip (which literally are of quartz crystals mined from the Earth), with the advancement of knowledge through cyberspace at an unheard of pace.

The secret to riding the drum into non-ordinary reality is to measure your beats to coincide with a multiple of the base-resonant frequency of the Earth: to literally let the heartbeat of the Earthly Mother carry you into what's "really real."

There, in non-ordinary reality, you can go wherever you want to go: journey through dimensions, talk with your spirit guides and teachers face to face, get your questions answered, or just view events in any time - past or present, or right here, now, on Earth (the Middle World) - from the vantage of non-ordinary reality.

To me, that's the mother lode of Higher Power, entering the realm of the Stillpoint, riding your Mer-Ka-Ba through dimensions.

But it does require a teacher to learn how.

And you also should learn first what your Power Animal (or Guide) is, and how to use this Guide to protect you on your journey.

If we don't take the tap on the shoulder from Spirit to address our problems and use our tools, then the spiral of Ascension will keep sending stronger and stronger messages until the Mack truck arrives that will smack us down.

This all-time-no-time, or "really real" time, is where you go when you connect with your Higher Power.

That is the Stillpoint, where all healing comes from, the energy of connecting with Ascended Masters, of touching your authentic self. It's the single point from which all healing, spiritual, and energy modalities - Shamanism, Reiki, Flower of Life, and so on - find their power, their Source of Being.

All religions are based on the mechanics of reaching this Stillpoint. As Gregg Braden has described, and Drunvalo has explained through Sacred Geometry, as the base-resonance frequency of the Earth goes up and the magnetics of the planet go down, we are on the path toward a global Stillpoint in 2012.

This will be the Shift of the Ages, as the Maya, Hopi, and others predict.

To do prana breathing:

1. You can do this standing up or sitting. For the sitting position, just get comfortable, with your hands resting in your lap, back straight, and feet flat on the floor.

 2. Take a deep breath into your diaphragm. Imagine that this breath is made up of golden particles of light that enter through the top of your head and fill up your entire body and energy field.

 3. Hold this breath for a few seconds, as you see your whole body and aura sparkling with this golden light.

4. Now, release this breath, contracting the diaphragm and mentally allowing this golden light to exit your body through the heart chakra.

5. As you continue, allow your breathing to slow down. And you can move the light around in different ways. You might release the light into the Earth through your feet (if you are standing) or base chakra (if you're sitting down).

6. Repeat this breathing process until you feel your body is relaxed and your mind is calm and quiet.

You might also want to imagine the "breathing tube" that Drunvalo speaks of.

You can see prana entering the breathing tube both from the crown chakra and the base chakra, meeting in the heart, and expanding from there to fill up your body and aura.

According to Drunvalo, in ancient times it was normal to breathe in this way, and there was an entire science involving different ways of visualizing where the prana would meet and how it would circulate once it was gathered into the person's energy field.

You can experiment with this! The word

"Rei" means "spiritual wisdom.

" The word "Ki" means "life force energy." 

Some background.

According to Golden Eagle/Standing Elk, 18 UFOs crashed in 1947.

Most of us know about the one in Roswell, but there were others.

At that time, the United States was experimenting with radar and nuclear devices, which screwed up the Star Beings’ navigational equipment, causing the crashes.

The Star Beings were here to try to warn us not to develop atomic weapons.

(As an aside, Drumvalo Melchizedek reports that it was nuclear fission the Star Beings were concerned about; nuclear fusion, which is the source of stars, is OK; but fission creates horrible imbalances in the Earth, creating “fire,” which the Earth, as a balancing system will seek to dampen in various ways.

Also, he says, the explosions created huge and horrible rips in the universe, under the law of “so as above, so as below,” that are and will affect humanity and all other beings for some time to come.

Melchizedek also tells about how at about the same time as the Star Beings were trying to warn us not to dabble in nuclear fission,

Bell Laboratories was trying to find a way to send messages via microwaves and somehow chose the 7.23 centermeter band for their transmissions.

This just happens to be the exact frequency upon which our 3-D universe operates; it also is the OM Hindu sound of the universe in meditation; it also is a ratio between every physical being in how it grows and develops, including the width between eyes, between nose and chin, etc.

So, when the first microwave system went up about the United States, they turned it on and lo and behold heard all kinds of static.

They thought it was their equipment and kept trying to tune it.

Then, they learned that 7.23-cm is the “sound” of the universe, emitted by every object in space and everywhere else for that matter, at least in the 3rd Dimension.

Rather than changing the bandwidth, they did something incredibly stupid: they upped the power, 50,000 times over what would normally be needed.

So, now, our world is bombarded with these artificial microwaves drowning out, blanking out or trampling over every natural emission in the U.S. and most of the world.

It is something that we as a nation and a planet are still suffering from, he says.

Perhaps the Star Beings were warning about this, too.)

Golden Eagle/Standing Elk said many people saw the symbols on the spacecraft, including those in Roswell and remembered them.

The 18 space craft were from 10 different races of beings and all had the same symbols on them.

Golden Eagle and others decided that they should try to determine the alphabet of these Star Beings and 18 medicine men from across the U.S. assembled on his reservation for this purpose (along with the FBI and other government agencies which had picked up on what they wanted to do).

Using children to help them, the medicine men pooled what they knew and through vision and help from Spirit came up with this alphabet.

It has since proven effective in communicating both with Star Beings and with whales and dolphins (the oldest intelligence on the Earth); it is a universal language, found in the Akashic Records. Golden Eagle/Standing Elk has several humorous stories to relate regarding this language, including one where he, his family and friends were on a charter boat out of Gulf Breeze and he was meditating on the symbols to bring the dolphins, which did appear, and he looked up and a UFO appeared above the boat, too.

He looked around and everyone else was “conked out.”


It seems that when a UFO appears, it often has the property of putting people to sleep. But, because he was meditating on the symbols, he did not go to sleep. So, there he is on a boat out in the ocean going full speed through big waves with everyone - including the captain - conked out asleep.

He said he got his video camera and taped everybody, and the UFO, and the dolphins.

But it’s kinda jerky, he said, because the boat, rudderless, was bouncing through the waves at full speed.

Another story. After Golden Eagle/Standing Elk showed us the alphabet, Kiara Windrider, of Mt. Shasta, Calif., said that he had heard of the symbols some months before and knew one of them, so he tried it.

Sure enough, meditating on the symbol brought the dolphins right to the ocean’s edge.

And they will communicate through symbols and “inner knowing” if you open up to them spiritually, he said.

You can go somewhere like Sea World, he said, and be in a crowd of hundreds and if you meditate on the symbols, they’ll zero in on you.

You will actually find yourself communicating with them.

They practice, he said, what is known as “spherical thinking,” since they use both sides of their brains simultaneously, not like humans who have a left (logical, linear) brain they use most of the time and a right brain (intuitive) only used some of the time, mostly in nighttime dreaming.

(To the dolphins we’re always half asleep.) 

Using this alphabet and meditating on the symbols will help you develop your spherical thinking, he said.

This will aid in Ascension.

Kiara, by the way, is one of the kindest, gentlest, most beautiful human beings I think I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

He is as honest as a human being can be and it comes through in speaking with him.

"The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying" by Sogyal Rinpoche, HarperSanFrancisco; New York; 1993); it also, through use, is promulgated in the “mass unconscious” of Karl Jung, ala “the 100th monkey” theory.

The Tzolkin, 260-day calendar The Ninth Level of Consciousness - (the ninth step; he calls “Universal Consciousness”) begins Feb. 10, 2011; one day equals 20 days; the whole year is 260 days (the same as the Tzolkin Calendar), and it ends Oct. 28, 2011.

That is why, he says, so many kids in the past 20 years are being diagnosed as “ill,” with ADD, etc., and given drugs, to slow them down, because adults just don’t “get it.”

These kids are not “slow,” or “ill,” they’re bored.

In terms of human consciousness, as it has developed over the past 2 million years or so, they’re zipping along at one “day” every 360 days while their parents, teachers, etc., are plodding along at one “day” equaling 20 years!

He says that time has and has not “speeded up,” because, it may seem so, but in actuality, time is not speeding up, Creation is.

More and more is occurring in every available moment.

This has two effects:

1) The more that happens every moment, the more is possible to occur;

2) The more that happens every moment, the less the mind is able to process what is occurring.

The mind just can’t keep up.

The mind, it has been measured, can only process information at 1/30th of a second.

That’s measurable.

If you look at the effects of a strobe light, as long as the interval of light flashes are slower than 1/30th of a second, it appears as if moving things are “frozen” in time.

If the strobe flashes quicker than 1/30th of a second, moving objects appear to be moving fluidly because the mind fills in the gaps.

It appears “normal” even if the light is still flickering because we don’t “see” gaps that are quicker than 1/30th of a second with our conscious minds.

That’s how subliminal messages are sent: on the borderline between conscious and subconscious perception.

Thinking is at the speed of reading; you “think” as fast as words form and are processed.

But consciousness is at the speed of light.

So, as we progress along this timeline of increasing Creation, we need to rely less on thinking and more on intuition, inner “knowing,” relying on our Higher Power, because, ultimately, when we reach the Ninth Level, we will BE our Higher Power!

Or, we just won’t adapt and will fall apart mentally or die.

Why are so many people now feeling they are unable to cope? 

Acting irrationally

Falling back into old patterns of behavior?

Becoming more narrow-minded and fearful?

Wanting to find scapegoats, easy solutions, follow a leader, turning to organized religion or government militarism?

Turning to drugs or alcohol?

Because they cannot adapt.

When the world and everything in it is happening faster than you can process it with your mind, with your thinking, that creates stress, he says.

With stress comes “fight or flight,” or reacting irrationally.

That becomes unconsciousness - either rejecting everything, focusing narrowly on what “can” seemingly be controlled and blocking out the rest or turning to mind-numbing behaviors or escape, such as drugs, alcohol, neurosis.

The changing pace of Creation not only demands we be “present,” fully aware, but that we be careful where we put our attention; for again, your consciousness goes where you put your attention.

We must - now, right Now! - begin our personal transition, or transcendence, from a mental existence to a heart-centered existence. 

Our consciousness can adapt instantly even if our thinking has to drag along.

We are on the “feathery edges” right now of creating our world, he says.

We are what we pay attention to.

If you pay attention to your fears, that is what is going to show up.

Notice that when the 9th Level of Consciousness begins, Feb. 10, 2011, one year will equal 260 days, the same as the Tzolkin, or personal calendar, year.

We will be “in sync” with whatever our personal vibration in Creation may be.

We will each “create” our world. 

Or we will be victims of whatever in Creation we allow our fears and judgments to create for us.

We must follow our intuition, our inner “knowing,” our Higher Power, for if you are doing so, you are following the stream of Creation.

It is only when you stop to think about something that you get out of the flow of Creation.

Lungold puts it this way: “More and more of Creation will present itself every moment until every moment all Creation exists at every moment.”

The big Cosmic Joke is, though, that this already exists.

Our consciousness must catch up!

We are moving from a Three-Dimensional World to a Fourth- and then a Fifth-Dimensional World. The beings that live in the 4th and 5th Dimensions are watching us with great fascination, he says, like a soap opera.

They don’t know if or how we can do it.

By the same token, he says, there is a galactic quarantine on Earth among the Star Beings regarding any official contact.

Since we don’t know how, yet, to handle 4th- and 5th-Dimensional living, it would be destructive for any human at this time to be handed the keys to the universe, as it were.

(A note here: Some say this “quarantine” has been and is being broken.

William Cooper, in his book “Behold a Pale Horse,” Light Technology Publishing, Flagstaff, Ariz., 1991, details U.S. government dealings with aliens dating back to, first the investigation of UFOs in Project SIGN in 1947, Project GRUDGE in 1948, and Project BLUEBOOK after that to investigate and discredit civilian sightings.

Citing memos of the National Security Agency, itself formed in part in response to a perceived alien threat in 1954, and Executive Orders from the President, Cooper confirms that, as Golden Eagle/Standing Elk said at the Crestone, Colo., conference that 17 spacecraft crashed in 1947, but adds that 10 more crashed in 1953.

The government, says Cooper, communicated with aliens in Projects SIGMA and PLATO, resulting in a meeting from which the movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” was based, and three landings at military bases took place before 1954.

Cooper contends that a secret treaty was signed between a group of aliens by President Dwight Eisenhower, and that Projects MAJESTIC, REDLIGHT and SNOWBIRD were crafted to monitor alien activity, test their technology and provide “cover” or disinformation for government activities to deflect public scrutiny.

He details where testing sites were built under government secrecy, with funding under military construction budgets for the testing of alien equipment, using both human and alien researchers, primarily in the Four Corners area of New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona and Utah, and test sites in Nevada and the Mojave Desert of California.

According to Cooper, President Eisenhower signed Executive Memorandums NSC 5510 and NSC 5412/1 to establish a permanent committee to oversee covert activities regarding alien matters and to deflect questions by Congress and the media; it came to be known as Majesty Twelve or MJ-12 and was called the 40 Committee under Presidents Nixon, Ford and Carter and the PI-40 Committee under Reagan.

President Eisenhower, Cooper says, wanted to tell the public about the landings and contact but was dissuaded, in fear that mass hysteria might result; and public secrecy, even from Congress, he says, has been the result; Nixon in his final days reportedly threatened to “tell the truth” about “the alien question,” but did not.

The first alien ambassador, according to Cooper, was Crlll or Krlll in 1954.

America soon found that this alien race was untrustworthy and was breaking the terms of the treaty, specifically the abduction and mutilation of humans; relations soured, but since the U.S. did not have adequate technology to fight the aliens, except nuclear weapons, nothing could be done; the U.S. government, Cooper says, has acquired incredibly advanced technology from them, including time travel under Project RAINBOW, various anti-gravity craft, and compact, clean nuclear power engines that run on water and produce hydrogen as a byproduct.

More information about this agreement with The Greys is included in Bob Frissell’s book, “Nothing In This Book Is True, But It’s Exactly How Things Are,” Frog Ltd., Berkeley, Calif., 1994.

Cooper says that as his book was being written, the entertainment industry was being encouraged to promote alien contact as a theme since the “secret” is about to come out and cannot be contained any longer.

Like Agent Moulder in the (semi?) fictional TV show “The X-Files,” I don’t know what The Truth is in all this, but I find it interesting that Cooper also admits, given the official government disinformation regarding alien contact, which is pretty obvious given the number of bona fide sightings over the years, that “it is no mystery to me why mainstream America calls ufologists whackos, loonies, and nuts,” adding: In some cases they are.”)

At present, we are in the 2nd night of the Galactic Cycle (June 17th was midnight of the second day) in the Eighth Level of Consciousness.

He breaks down the days as these:

First Day began Jan. 5 1999; First Night began Dec. 30, 1999;

Second Day began Dec. 24, 2000; Second Night, Dec. 19, 2001;

Third Day begins Dec. 14, 2002: Third Night, Dec. 9, 2003;

Fourth Day begins Dec. 4, 2004: Fourth Night, Nov. 28, 2005;

Fifth Day begins Nov. 23, 2006; Fifth Night, Nov. 17, 2007;

Sixth Day begins Nov. 12, 2008; Sixth Night, Nov. 7, 2009;

Seventh Day begins Nov. 2, 2010; Ninth Level of Consciousness begins Feb. 10, 2011;

Time ends Oct. 28, 2011.

Our interactions with our soul brothers and sisters we agreed to meet on this plane.

For example, if your intent is for Ascension, you will gravitate experiences to aid you or propel you toward Ascension, based at any moment on the life lessons you have learned (and still need to learn), the agreements you made before you came here, and the Powers of the Universe (including all spiritual beings who may intercede up to the Creator Him- or Her-self).

But, I do know one thing:

Ok,for the longest I never prayed to anything or anybody. I felt no one heard me. (Disfellowshipped Jehovah's Witness) I was doomed was driven into me like a stake in my heart

For sometime now I have learned that we are heard and the power of knowing our needs are already fully known,when we ask for healing of any sort we are asking with full intent to accept what is already within us.

Then when I said my blessings and asked healing for my cherished hearts that old standby~ "Through your son Jesus Christ we ask these things."

My point being I AM asking"Through that guy that is supposedly your only begotten son and yet are WE not your sons and daughters,your children???

Can we not ask through ourselves.

That man was tortured enough already.

Just thoughts in the moment~

Have you heard persons say over and over there just isn't time in the day too accomplish all I want too do?

Well there may be a reason for that comment having some TRUTH too it.

Time is actually speeding up (or collapsing).

For thousands of years the Schumann Resonance or pulse (heartbeat) of Earth has been 7.83 cycles per second, The military have used this as a very reliable reference.

However, since 1980 this resonance has been slowly rising.

It is now over 12 cycles per second!

This means there is the equivalent of less than 16 hours per day instead of the old 24 hour
