Introduced me to the idea of OMEGA (the nation's premier center for holistic studies) http://www.eomega.org/ The book also encouraged volunteering on organic farms, which I tried in the UK (experiences which changed my life!). Book: "7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" by Franklin Sean Covey Simple ways to organize one's thoughts, ideas and goals. Great for people of all ages! Book: "The Seat of the Soul" by Gary Zukav helped me see where my center was and see that other people shared it with me. Book: "Wisdom of the Ages: 60 Days to Enlightenment" as and "The Power of Intention" by Wayne Dyer Inspiring!
