What/who changed my life and why	A book called Follow the River about a very young woman in the 1750's who was kidnapped in the Ohio (Oh-Hee-Ho) river valley and escaped, walking 1,000 miles home navigating by the River in late fall thru early winter. Based on a true story, the book taught me the incredible and indomitable strength of the human character, that anyone can overcome any obstacle, physical, mental or spiritual. When I think of this incredible woman, my problems seem very small indeed.
