What/who changed my life and why	Lao Tzu's book of poems, Tao te Ching, which teaches about non-resistance and flow. I recommend starting with Stephen Mitchell's translation. Eckhart Tolle's book, The Power of Now, which is also available on tape or CD. Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk who teaches about mindfulness and loving-kindness.
