Hi, my name is ~W~ Neil and I am building a collection of samples of the free web pages available. By free I mean free as in I ain't paying crap for nothing. I did buy my computer and internet service. I read all the legal stuff and you better read it too. I also test free software and pass on any tips I discover. All of these links are to free web pages I have built. This list is growing almost daily but this page gets updated less often. The top site is the most frequently updated. I like to have friends on each of my web pages so my visitors can see other examples of the kind of pages each provider's setup can produce.
