About Me A bit shy at first, I warm up easily where a shared sense of humor prevails! I'm well-read & love books. I aspire to write at least one book of memoirs before I depart this mortal coil.

Wild Fact About Me Perhaps we'll discuss this at a later point?
My Philosophy I used to have a personal credo, but I've forgotten what it was. I'll work on remembering it. Something along the lines of "I'm OK, You're OK" & whatever Fritz Perls & the Dalai Lama stand for... plus some random comments from Woody Allen & the Scottish Bard Robert Burns.
What Gives Me Hope Random acts of human kindness. My own energy level. My ability to love completely without complete understanding.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Create open universities where everyone can, 1) learn to read, and 2) learn to write.
What/who changed my life and why Miss McClay, my sophomore English teacher, who told me I was a natural writer, and that from her perspective I appeared fearless. (She was wrong, but what a nice compliment!)

Thank you for the green star. I've only been aware of this site for about 24 hours. These things are a bit awkward. (Everyone says the same thing, I'm sure of it.) I've been to Texas; friendly people, good food. I like Austin a lot, and Fort Worth is also nice. Very interesting, Fort Worth. Great museums in Ft. Worth. The old stockyards: wonderful history. American Western history is fascinating. Hope you have a lovely night. Best wishes, Elizabeth
