My name is Seaph Antelmi. I've discovered something truly fantastic in life and I've spent the last seven years immersing myself in it, learning it, and making it the center of my existence. That is the practice of yoga asana, specifically ashtanga vinyasa yoga, the yoga of Pattabhi Jois in Mysore India of whom I am a student.
