I'm a 25-old-boy who's been having concerns over the health of our planet. I'm all for whales and dolphins, to me they sort of represent some last hidden treasures of this world that should be admired but respected. Just take a look around, stop to gaze around the world wherever you live - sunsets are beautiful, full moon is enchanting, the clouds make the scene perfect and new hope comes with the rising sun! Big respect to all of you here determined to take action and care about life, nature and humanity!
I'm 196cm (6'5'') tall and rarely eat meat. When I was a child my parents tried to get me eat meat by saying I wouldn't grow unless I eated meat...and here I go with 196cm...imagine what would have been the outcome if I'd eaten meat.
Everyone has a melody in their soul and everyone hears their soul hidden in every melody. And those who have a nice melody in their soul are the ones who find other's melodies nice.
Be fair, be tolerant and never forget that having sunshine, animals and plants is not a luxurious hobby we have, it's all our responsibility to ensure our children's children can see them as well!
What Gives Me Hope
That focus on environmental issues has been rising and rising ...and that the sun rises and rises again.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
I would encourage my community to undertake a big enviromental project (e.g. supporting conservation work) and show them that contributions to that can make us feel happier and more healthy.
What/who changed my life and why
Can't think of any specific. I saw a blue whale up close to the boat this summer in Iceland...it's a lifechanging experience to meet a whale though to be the biggest animal ever to have lived on this planet.
