It has come to me through Meditation and Teachings that there is kind of  Blue Print of the Humans we select to be born into.... and let me say that all trips here may not be an easy ride. Knowing this  we are aware of all the pitfall that our selection will encounter through out His or Her time on earth. and one of the following could be your selection....

     For example; . "When you see a Wheel Chair Bound Individual, like a Person who was in a Bad Accident, or a Disabled Veteran,  this could be your selection with  all the trauma that goes along with it. You could have selected   a  Paraplegic, or a Triple Amputee, or some one with Polio or some one who  has or will have   Cancer or some Debilitating Disease. When you see a person who has in your own mind a Disfigurement or any thing that you classify as a Misfortunate Person.. "You may......  or have  already select that challenge". "Why"    No matter what category you fall into.... Your Spirit has selected this Blue Print to occupy that body and that challenge is what this Soul, Your Soul  will have to encounter and endure  for that complete life cycle.  "Your Soul" that is in your  body, as we speak...  doesn’t remember anything about what selection or choice you made when you were in the spirit world. So all that I have just told you, is to help you understand "why you are where you are today". This has been you challenge. "Things have been getting tough for you", You are saying,  "Why Me"... So to help you understand; you have been sent to this web site and this teachings for this  reason... For I am a ‘Way Shower, a Teacher...  The Creator has appointed me to show you the way and explain to you with this teaching, this is what your learning now.  Your understanding of this teaching will get you through this Pain and Suffering.... For the Creator is with you..... and you have Spirit Guides and Angels beside you all the time, your not alone. But you must work with this challenge. You selected a Rough Ride on this Earthly trip. But you can beat this challenge, You must work with all you have and you must nourish your  body with Nutrition, your  mind with the  understanding you have just learned,  and your Spirit with knowing now how to get through this challenge you've under taken. There is an abundance of daily  Love and Blessing to be received from the Creator with your new knowledge.....     

By the way, it has been channeled to me that in the Spirit World; "a slow blink" of the eyes is a full life time on this earth plain. That’s how fast it is in the Spirit world..... It is, well say about 70 years here on earth but about "a second and one half in the Spirit world".... "A slow blink"......WOW.  There's a  lot of pain and suffering in that slow Blink some time...
     (I hope you understand what I’m trying to say. This came to me in Parables) its almost over my head and Its hard to put this down in type. So read these paragraphs again and again an each time your mind will open for your Guides to send you more knowledge... If you want to help me out and you can say this better than I can.... Rewrite some of this and send it to me so I can pass a more understandable version of this teaching along to others. Also by you  reworking this teaching and by doing this you gain this knowledge and understanding even more and when you pass this on you'll become the Teacher. 

     When the Spirit enters the body it becomes a Soul , (Which is the Spirit and the Body Combined) with all the expectation of an earthly adventure to look forward to. When one passes, (or Death) the Soul will leave the body with all the physical and mental experiences that was gained through out your stay on earth..... Birth means Spirit has entered the body... Death mean the Spirit/Soul has left the Body.... with all it has gained. The body is the vessel that the Spirit/Soul occupies during its stay on earth.

If you are born a girl, you will do all girlie things and you’ll grow into a women and experience being a women, You’ll love and to be loved, and handle the experience of child birth, or if infertile, handle the denial of such a Rejection... (This is just one of the many trials and tribulation you will be working with.) Each one and all of these types of situation and rejections will have to be handled and you will have to work these things out in your own mind. At the end of this trip you will be Judged on how well you worked these things through, because this was your selected assignment, (you wanted this experience) and you knew all these things before coming to this earth plain. Also, girls have had many classification put on them by this society which can be damaging unless one understands the deeper meaning. These earthly judgment and all the "Bull Shit" that goes with it is just a classification here on this earth plain..... There are so many that will never understand that these situation are only our earthly test and they will go to the grave carrying these pains with them.... "You are God's child". Each one of us is everlastingly appealing to our Creator and surely Beautiful to this God.

There is a saying, "If your the only Sane person in the Insane Asylum all the others will think your nuts............. And who’s to say whose nuts... Get what I mean.... Love your self.... For your the only one like you on this Earth... You are truly Gods Creation and your beautifully... "Beautiful".. .to your Creator.     
If you are born a boy, you will experience all that little boys go through growing into a man. But  God forbid the Wars with all the death and destruction. The Physical Maiming of ones beautiful body. The mental destruction of a  young mind, and the re-crucifixion of Gods created Souls'... My God what have they done to us? God should forbid Wars with all its destruction and pain for all involved (and those of us who have made it to this point, its was no easy trip, and "You" who have been their will verify that for all to hear..   
Some think  the girls have it easier! I'm sorry but I just had to say that for the girls".... But girls, the next time you come back you can select a boy, grow into a man and have a ball... With you girls ....... All right, back to the teachings...

     As a girl growing into a women, a boy growing into a man, involved in this every day society, with constant negative input, mind bursting at times.............. Let me remind you, we as souls wanted to experience all these earthly human feelings... And we all know what we have gone though.... a staggering amount of daily challenges.... Likes, dislikes, loves, hates, daily challenges that occupy our mind and it goes on and on and at times drives us almost crazy...... And here again we are judge on how we handle each and every one of these challenges. "Wow"

     One Medium teacher teaches that we are a team, so to speak... She says there are eight on a side... One is selected to come to earth and the other seven become your Spirit guides and they are with you 24/7 to help and direct you while you’re here.

You know when your thinking of things, like "talking" to your self, or "mentally evaluating issues", and having discussions with your self's like, "personnel problems", "work related situation" , good things, bad thing, etc. When your working these issues out in your head, your talking to your Spirits Guides. If you want to call it your "Consciousness" , that OK, any how, there working with you! They help you work out problems.. While one of the other Guides may be throwing things in the fire for other challenges for you to work on...... If you think this is all Bull Puckey  that’s OK... It doesn't make any difference, but if you kind of get the idea and.....

     Once you understand what is going on and you realize that all things, any Problem, can be dealt with, handled or worked out. All Problem can be solved. When you begin to understand how neat this is you’ll begin to like your self and begin to love yourself, because now you can handle what you have been dealt.... "Because Now".... you understand how it works.... So treat all encounter with life's problems as a game.... You see, you already have all the knowledge you need to handle any situation from your past life's experiences ... And your Guides are working with you. So look at this as a game and solve the problem and win the game.... because you and only you control the Game.

     There is a saying, " Change the way you look at things... And the things you look at change" That never made much sense to me before but now I understand just how to get around all these life's problems...

     Being a Spiritual being you have all the knowledge you need to handle anything. But your mind is closed right now.... So you must begin to open your mind so your Guides can channel this knowledge in your head when your meditating.

     This is so neat because once your mind begins to open your Guides start sending... This has a snow balling effect... Because once your mind starts to open... the more knowledge your Guides will channel to you... And the more you receive the more your given and the more your given, the more you’ll receive and the more you receive... the more your given... the more your given and so on an on an on it goes... It’s like a window blind slowly opening and letting the light in.  The light is Knowledge because it is white and Pure and  because this is all of you’re stored knowledge that you have stashed away and all you have to do is Retrieve it.

     Once all this begins to open up to you, you begin to understand that you are a Spiritual Being on and Earthly Plain on an Earthly Journey. You begin to realize your a Small Spark in the Eternal Flame.... You are the Creators creation and he gave you the ability to create your future on a daily basic "with every thought you have". "Think About It". So let your Mind, Body/Soul and Spirit project only Cleanness and Purity and stay in Harmony with the Creators wishes. And he has no choice but to reward you, You remember, "Ask and You Shall Receive" This is a Fact!

     From the Spirit world through the birth canal into a living organism is the first experience of life that the enchanted Spirit will experience after leaving God's Kingdom.

     So here's how you will begin your earthly journey.... You will enter your mothers body through conception.... Not much of those 9 months can be remembered on this earth plain... But I remember being there!!! And you may remember also once your mind begins to open. My remembrance started with the feeling of the confinement in the womb, I couldn't move, I was restricted, I remember trying to stretch, and there was a remembrance of confinement shortly before my birth. This must be the kicking action the baby does before deliverer.

     I had an out of body experience prior to my delivery, My spirit was standing off to the side and I witness my own birth and felt the Breath of Life enter my new body. That’s when my Spirit jumped into my body for the first time. And my Soul and Spirit came together and  began to Live and experience life's pleasures.
The following is a prayer I channeled.... Part of it comes from Cassadaga and the rest was channeled and added to  Cassadaga's Prayer.
This is a very powerful prayer and it will Protect you and Heal you. It will take you deeply into a meditated state where you can talk to your guides and your God the Creator.

Prayer For Self Healing and  Protection

The light of GOD surrounds me.

The love of GOD enfolds me.

The presence of GOD watches over me.

The power of GOD protects me

Where ever I go GOD is there

Every thing I do God is at my side
Every thought that I have ever had , has originated from His Realm

So let my Mind, Body and Spirit project only Cleanliness and Purity
as I walk hand and hand with "My  Lord", "My 
God,"  "My Creator",  "As I am  enlightened  by  his will "

My Lord, I praise your name and as Your Child I come to you in all sincerity and plead for your help.

As you know, my Promises have been short and I realize my Transgressions ... As I comes to you in this humbled state........ "Oh Holly one... I am Truly Humbled" as I ask for Your Healing... Forgiveness and your Blessing.

I ask your Great Unseen Healing Forces to remove all obstructions from my mind and body, and to restore me to perfect Health.... I ask this in all Love and Sincerity, and I will do my part.

I ask you... the Creator of the "Body", "Mind", "Spirit" and "Soul", "My Body", "My Mind" and my "Spirit" and "My Soul", I ask you... My Lord and Master... My Most Gracious God and Savior for your Healing Forces to remove all My Pain and Mental Suffering and to return me to your Divine Health... Oh Holly one... Please open my mind to your Love and the Enlightenment of your will... "So That Thy Will".... Will be done. Praise Your Name, Thank you Lord , Your the man, you are the one,  I praise your name, My heart is yours, every thought I have is clean and Pure.

Now
{Go into a Meditated state for 20, 30,or 40, Minutes and Talk to Your Creator..... Come into contact with your God, Meet your Savior and become one with your self.

Use this Prayer twice a day.
Meditate in the early morning and late in the evening.

My body, mind and spirit are in Divine order NOW!

Thank You GOD! ....... Praise You Name, You are my  Main Man, You Are The One, etc., etc.

 This is where You and I are to Day in this life cycle  ....................

As Spirits we will talk or meet again as time goes by! Or, as two ships in the night.. we pass knowing each one is near but never meeting.

Every thing will be all right now ..... With the knowledge you have just gained you are now surrounded with  the  White Light of the Holy Spirit; and your mind is starting to open and you will be Flooded with Understanding. Remember.... Your Future is controlled with every thought you Think.   "It is... What it is," "As Above... So Below"  You will Understand these Statements as Your Mind Opens.                 
                    
                    The AWAKENING
For those who don't know what meditation is, I have put an example together for you... I call it the Awakening. It is a form of meditation which you could say is kind of self hypnosis which is a very deep inner quietness like the state you fall into just before you fall off to sleep. Day dreaming is a state of meditation. Children go their more then adults. This is where all the wonders of the world passes through their minds. As you will learn, "Deep Meditation" will put you in contact with the Spirit World, from Which You Come...If you record the "Awakening" you can play it back to your self which would gently walk you into this meditated state...(Start Recording Here as you read out loud)To begin, place your feet flat on the floor and your hands comfortably in your lap. Close your eyes softly and begin to breath deeply. Breath in the wormth of human love and the peace of Spirit that surrounds you. Breath out all the negativity of the day, and any disturbing thoughts. focus on your breath as you listen to these words...Just as the sun awakens us to a new day, the spirit of God within awakens us to divine glory in all creation. This glory within and around us is everywhere we look, and in every situation we encounter...With your heart centered in God, you can quiet your thoughts and meditate on the all of creation and your oneness with it...Your sole purpose at this is to experience God and you begin to do so now as you relax. Meditate and hold these words in your heart...I awaken to your spirit within me dear God. I see your presence active in all creation...God, my sacred moments of communing with  you are truly a blessing. In these moments, I open my mind and heart to YOU. I am attuned to Your spirit of peace within...In a growing awareness of Your peace filled spirit a new sence of tranquility fills me. I am serenely aware of Your abiding presence upholding and sustaining me at all times...Nothing can disturb the peace of my soul as I spend this time in silent prayer with You, I am enfolded in the quiding light of God...Dear God, in the same way that the sun's warming rays embrace the earth, Your loving spirit embraces me. During this holy time, I find peace in Your spirit, and I feel the assurance of Your guiding wisdom illumining me,..soothing me...guiding me. As I bask in Your light, I awaken in mind and spirit. I open my mind to Your wisdom and to the answers You will revial to me at the perfect time. I release every concern to you, dear God in the realization that You are gently griding me to wonderful fulfilling experiences. I am calm and confident knowing that every concern is in Your care and that all is well as I enter a silent moment of meditation...(Leave about a five minute blank on your recorder here for your own quiet prayers) The healing spirit of God is active within me restoring energy and vitality. 
As I continue in this prayerful state, my mind is peaceful, my body is relaxed, my heart is filled with joy in the knowledge that Your spirit God, is active within me. I relax even further now, resting in an  awareness of Your healing spirit, as a powerful and constant presence...I am Your divine creation. You created me to live in peace and wholeness, to experience energy and vitality. I am enlivened by this sacred truth and awakened to Your spirit of wholeness. Every part of my body is infused wilth Your glorious spirit. , I feel it energizing me. revitalizing me, and filling me with a sense of peace. Certain that healing is taking place within me and those I pray for. I breath in Your life giving spirit and feel Your healing activity deep within as I return to the silence of prayer.  (Record five minutes of silence here again) Awakened to the all providing spirit of God, I am prospered...you dear God, bless all creation by providing the substance needed to thrive and grow. In this prayerful moment  I awaken to Your all providing spirit, I feel it within,  I see it working in my life and I am at peace...In faith, I look to you dear God, to  supply all that I need. You fill me with hope and peace deep within my heart.  I know that I am being divinely cared for and that every facet of my life is blessed. I feel secure in Your love and assured of prosperity...Thank you sweet Spirit for being the source of my good, the constant loving fountain of my supply. With this attitude of thanksgiving, I spend a monent in prayerful  meditation. (Record a short break here again)
As you bring this time to a close, give thanks for the spiritual awakening that is taking place within you. Know that the spirit of God the glorious spirit within you continues to work in your life... (Short silence here) Now as you come back into the room, on the count of 3, wiggle your toes, wiggle your fingers and open your eyes. ONE..TWO..THREE.. Welcome Back
