What Gives Me Hope	The sun, knowing/feeling there is more than this illusion we live in
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Or if I were President: first, I would repair that little document called "The Constitution of the United States of America" and restore things like Habeas Corpus, checks and balances and some of the freedoms that have been taken away from us. WE would have a MAJOR clean up in Washington - do a little downsizing while holding a shit-load of people accountable for their misdeeds. I would immediately initiate a "Save/Heal our World" campaign that would cause great change in our habitual ways of life while bringing the world together peacefully to focus on all the intertwined issues and their affects that need reversed and/or treated urgently, with a strong focus on education and learning to live a more sustainable lifestyle so that each nation and each person can depend on themselves, yet still maintain trade through a fair share type of program that focuses on each person/countries strengths w/o exploiting and exhausting all our natural resources and poorer countries . This, along with changes in government, which would be more "citizen" involved and a lot less "officials", special interest and corporation involved, should bring people and nations together. Unfortunately, there still exist the problem of [over] population growth that seriously needs to be dealt with. Though, I would NOT try to play "god" by altering and controlling the worlds food supply or create a bunch of wars for the sake of "population control" (or profit, or to create a diversion or trepidation to trick people in order to "enhance" executive power, etc.), it is absolutely necessary to plan for the future with utmost realism and honesty.
What/who changed my life and why	There are many people/places/things that have changed and shaped my life; from simply a single picture, word or gesture to some storybook worthy moments in time both good and bad. Obviously, my family and friends, and anyone really, who have, in one way or another, been a part of my life. Life is continuous change - evolution.
