I would first send all illeagles home if they want to be americians and get benifits take the test or GO HOME. your NOT LEGAL YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS> Then i would cut all goverment pay in 1/2 every year for 10 years, also no more spending taxpayers money for your golf ,priviate planes, parties trips every dime MUSt be accounted for and verified by the people anything the goverment spends they MUST be held accountable BY the PEOPLE laws alwas MUST be worded so we understand it and NO MORE LIES!
