I am close to retirement and am looking forward to seeing more of the US especially our national parks.Have lived on west coast for 20 years but born and now live in PA.I like history, art, museums, parks and the mountains.I like cats, have always had one in my life.I am a widower for 8 years now.I am a veteran and belong to the American Legion and VFW.I am open to try most anything but still have old fashioned values about life.I am a democrat, liberal in some ways.I am a christian but don't attend church regularly.I favor native american crafts and beliefs too.I am basically a shy person and fairly quiet usually.I have worked blue collar and white collar jobs in my lifetime.i like several different kinds of music but not rap, operajazz,R&B or C&W.I am Irish and enjoy Celtic music a lot. Most people would not recognize much of the music i listen to.Do not play any musical instruments.I am in good health and have had no major medical problems to deal with so far.(knock knock).I live modestly but comfortably.i am not a religious person in that i go to church regularly but have always been a believer in our savior Jesus Christ. He has helped me get through life more than anything else has.
