My Philosophy	Use less, be more responsible.
What Gives Me Hope	Growing awareness of those things that affect water quality, although I fear that it may be too late.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Put a user tax on all plastic and paper grocery bags to encourage people to stop using them. Educate the public on the use of ordinary household products and how they can affect the environment. Teach people the value of respecting their history.
